Great experience shopping at Leonard Jay. Conveniently located next to St Paul’s station and I think they also have another store in the city. Has a good variety of smart wear and reasonable prices. The staff is extremely helpful providing their professional opinion. I got a chinos that are of great quality.

Leonard London Feels a sham company
I spent half a day looking for a lightweight suit, and tried fifteen or so shops and tailors. I feel very fortunate to have stumbled into the closing down sale at Leonard Jay in Jermyn St. A lovely lady showed me options and helped me choose with a skilled eye for sizes and great advice. Brilliant. I came away with a stunning suit at an incredible price, Although it was a far more expensive one than I had planned it was well worth it and I will wear it a lot. And they threw in a pair of excellent casual shoes. They have beautiful Trickers and other shoes at low prices just now. V grateful!
Purchased a pair of braces at their Jermyn Street store just before Christmas 2023. After it was worn a few times, by early January they became unusable after the strap snapped off the loop you fix to the trousers. Took it back for a refund as part of my statutory rights. Staff were insistent they could only change it or offer credit note. I declined the credit note as this was a defective item rather than unwanted. No replacement in stock. Store offerred to phone around their other branches (most closed on a Saturday, the day of this visit) and ring me back Monday. No call. Went back in person Monday a week later and insisted a refund seeing as they failed to do what they promised just over a week before. The only member of staff on the shop floor who was authorised to process a refund on the card terminal couldn't get it to work. "Not their usual one" I got told and she rang around other branches. No luck. OK, I'll take a cash refund. And guess what? No cash in the till! Walked from this branch on Jermyn Street to Oxford Street end of Bond Street. Store there refunded by cash. Staff apologised, but all this was wasting my time when they could easily have refunded me when I went back first time.
