Purchased an electrical diffuser made by LESSER & PAVEY through Ideal World TV.
Upon plugging in for the first time, the plug blew up, melting the wall socket.
This could have easily caused a fire had the electric not shut itself off.
Contacted both and neither Lesser & Pavey or Ideal World TV care about the risk they are posing to consumers by selling these items.
They are still selling them on their website!

Terrible customer service. Was told on email to "just go". Bought from the company through Amazon and was told by Amazon to contact the company directly. Did not want to entertain a customer issue, despite being told by 3rd party seller to contact them. Very rude and just left me with the issue with no help at all or direction other than to go back to the 3rd party, despite being told by them to contact the supplier. Would never darken their door again.
