Love leonlite products! This is my second product and still loving them! Justin is the contact I’ve been working with. Great attitude and very helpful when I have questions about stuff In not sure about. Hope to pick up my next product soon! My house is starting to look really good. Thank you!

I love my LeonLite Flood Lights!

I recently installed the LeonLite Motion Sensor Flood Lights, and the setup was incredibly easy – a real plus! These lights provide excellent illumination and the motion sensor is very responsive, giving me great peace of mind. It was a pleasure to work with Justin. Highly recommend these lights for their ease of installation and reliable performance!

Absolutely love the LEONLITE landscaping lights! They’re bright, durable, and add a beautiful touch to our yard. Installation was straightforward, and the quality exceeded expectations. A huge shoutout to Justin—his communication was exceptional every step of the way. Highly recommend!

My experience with customer service at Leonlite

My experience with customer service at Leonlite was outstanding. After sending an email explaining my issue, I received a prompt response requesting a few details. As soon as I sent back the details, I received another email stating that my replacement light would be sent out the next day. It doesn’t get much better than that. I was so impressed with their customer service that I decided to more lights from them since I know they stand behind their products.

Needed a Replacement Light for a Purchased Set

I ordered a set of 6 lights via Amazon and couldn't get one of them to work. I reached out to customer service via the provided email link, but was expecting to be disappointed as we often are by many companies' customer service departments. Luckily, I got a reply back within a day from Ruby A, who provided immediate guidance and assistance. I provided her the information and pictures she needed and she had a replacement light ordered and shipped the next business day. It couldn't have been an easier, or more pleasant experience. I connected the new light, which they tested before shipping, and it worked perfectly. All of the lights look great. I couldn't be happier with this company and will not hesitate to purchase from them again. Thanks Ruby!

I had some questions about transformer…

I had some questions about transformer size that my lights required. Not only did Ruby answer my questions, she also provided me the formula to answer them myself next time! Great customer service! My lights are now connected and my wife is VERY happy with the results!!! THANKS!

Her responses where timely, thorough and made sure she understood the specific lights and connectors were the correct ones
