It’s my first time shopping with Leo as we normally go to Currys. The price was the best I could find and despite ordering in the afternoon it still arrived the next day.

The Company dealt personally with my mistake when ordering my printer and it was very quickly resolved.I was given clear instructions about the return and reordering process and labelling for my return

After doing research I then needed to call up and discuss a specific item. After calling the company the wait was minimal. The agent had a great phone manor and was direct and definitive after listening to my questions providing direct simple to understand answers to enable me to make a decision upon purchasing an item. Not pushy to buy item and just ran thru pros and cons of product.
Shipping was fast and I was very impressed.
After a short time testing the item I purchased its better then I thought it would be and reading certain reviews of the item with some customers saying the product doesn't do this and that; I can see that is user error as I got it working as it should. On this occasion the positive reviews are more accurate if you take time to understand the product. I would order thru this company again Leo office supplies as they have exceeded my expectations in regards to my communications with them.

Cheapest price and lightning fast delivery.

I called Leo for advice on my selection of a MFD (printer / scanner / copier / fax). I received excellent and clear advice, details of stock availability, and a subsequent call from Chris informing on another, immediately available option that met my specification. My order was placed and next-day delivery achieved by courier, as promised.
