I ordered their samples of the seed…
I ordered their samples of the seed paper and there was a charge of £12. There were option to upload an image . It looked like maybe they will print out a sample of the uploaded image so you can see how the leaflet will look like, which seemed fair given you are paying £12. It turned out you just receive a sample of randomly printed samples.
The reason for 3 starts is although their paper looks ok ( a bit on the thin side after seeing other places), I emailed to request a refund as it looked a bit misleading how the website positioned the sample packaging as if I will receive a sample of the printing that I wanted to see. I received a rude email saying "Sorry, but you got the samples and did have all the information on the website. I suppose you misunderstood." Yes, maybe I misunderstood but I also feel a bit unsatisfied with what I received, this is not the customer service I would expect.
Plenty of other places don't charge for the samples (let alone £12 just for random samples) and some of them offer to print your card so you can see how it looks for £10. So fair to say I am not impressed neither with the service nor with the quality.
