Lepetexpress Reviews

Probably the best option to travel to France with a dog and no car !

Very fast and complere information. Super, thanks!
Feedback: booking app was not very easy to understand. When you book for several people with one dog, it is confusing that the same dog has to be mentioned with each person.

Driver was really nice, quick & professional. My dog barked the entire time but the driver was understanding and patient. The whole process was stress free and overall a great experience!

Le pet express was amazing! Our driver reviewed our documents and made sure everything was done correctly. They also provide the best possible environment for your pet. I would highly recommend them for any travel to and from the UK.

So far so good. We have just obtained our EU passport in Spain.

We are looking forward to upcoming trip.

Very professional, a few days before the journey I received a list of all the important points related to my dog's documents. I sent it to my vet and it was very helpful. The journey itself was smooth and very pleasant. The driver was so helpful and informative. He told us about every step on our way - what will happen, what to expect. The cages for dogs are comfortable and next to the seat, so you can always open and pet your dog if needed. My doggie went to sleep straight away 😄
I will definitely use Lepet in the future!

We had a trip last summer with our little pet and was absolutely perfect with this company! They are so professional, understanding and caring with the little ones.
Without doubt, we have arranged another trip for this summer.

Very convenient way of travelling with your pet between France and UK.
Staff was nice.
My cat was beside me all the time.

The personal (Brenda) communications regarding the questions I had on the documentation and the actual travel was very professional and left me with no doubts regarding this.

You are always attentive in everything and collaborators to help me organize my trip with my dogs, giving us the instructions we need to not have any inconvenience on our trip and solving our doubts, very well and congratulations for you

Professional and caring service! The Driver was very friendly and caring for the wellbeing of us, human and pet.

The Van was spacious. Enough room for the pets to move and also store luggage for us passengers. The Seats where comfortable and directly beside our lovely pets.

Amazing service, next time again!

Everything was a stress free as possible, the van and cages are in a good condition and the whole process was well explained and guided. If you get an early train in I wouldn’t recommend waiting at the Calais Frenthun train station as there is nothing there and it is rather cold!

Le Pet Express are excellent!

I've travelled with my cat a few times and it's always hard to return to the UK without your own vehicle. Honestly, I'm so happy I found out about these guys and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Information available is outstanding - thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Made the trip so easy once I got to Calais, the driver was fantastic and it was really fun travelling with other pet owners.

We were able to leave a little before departure as we all got there beforehand. Each step of the way the driver explained what we needed to do, for the pet immigration side of things, our immigration and so on.

Highly recommend this company and I will be travelling with them again.

Being able to organise with a real person, in real time the trip with my pet made it a joy to book.
The van was very well put together so that pets and people could be side by side and be safe at the same time.
The preliminary checks with pet passports took a large weight off my shoulders.
Wonderful service, amazing attitude towards animals and fantastic staff that are willing to do all they can to help as much as possible. 10/10 would use again or recommend

Second time on the service - Excellent. James and Brenda are both super kind and helpful - and offer a very smooth process!

Reliable, thorough and professional. Very grateful this service exists

I took the Pet express twice now. I am so glad this service exists as I can take my dog with me on holidays. It is a very well organised and friendly journey.

First time but definitely not the last using Lepetexpress, excellent service. Smooth process, collected from the train station in Ashford and dropped at Calais train station, perfect and hassle free.
