This is by far the best way to get your pet from France to the UK! Brenda is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and will give you all the info you need. She will check your paperwork ahead of time to reduce the odds of refusal at the tunnel, and help you figure out how to rectify any problems. And she does all this while charging an exceedingly reasonable price. She is a gem. Very highly recommend!!

The most impactful part of the service was feeling that you and your pet were cared for. This was not only the guidance for the relevant paper work and pet passport but also the service from pick up to drop off. It was stressful taking my pet across Europe, but as soon as they picked us up they took care of us, it was so reassuring :) thank you.

It is so hard to travel back to the UK with a pet, when you are a foot passenger, and it is usually a lot of stress for the animal and for the owner. Le Pet Express provides a fantastic service crossing the channel with maximum 5 animals on board. Pets are locked in a kennel but you can sit next to it which make it better for the animal.
The service is also punctual, reliable, the van is clean and Brenda is very friendly . I will be using this service a lot :-)

The best way to relocate your cat from India to the UK is using Air France with a "pet in cabin" and then booking with Le Pet Express for their excellent service. Brenda gave detailed replies to my questions and Chris keenly guided us as we travelled from France to England.

I used Le Pet Express to get to England with my cat because I don't have a car and couldn't rely on Blablacar because of the risk of cancellations.
I'm very happy with my experience. Brenda is responsive by email to answer my questions and Chris (the driver) is very friendly and fun.
Be careful, though, about the luggage you take with you! Find out beforehand how much space is available, as the minibus has no hold or trunk.

Great service, we were informed in advance of what was needed to travel with our cat, including paperwork. Brenda picked us up in Calais well ahead of schedule in a very comfortable van. Brenda drove us through customs clearance. Travel via eurotunnel quick and comfortable, once we arrived in Ashford we continued by train. Very positive experience

I engaged Brenda again for the second time because I knew I could trust her, so she did it again.

My dog Lucky and me have a very amazing trip with Chris and all the others “parents” of little friends.
Chris is very funny and friendly person but, in the same time, he is very professional.
Travel with the people of this amazing company is the top solution for cross the border from UK and France in both the ways.

Our driver arrived over an hour early in Calais Frethun station (very small place, easy to find each other) to make sure all our documents were ok and everyone was accounted for. He also seemed to have a clear idea of when and how each of us were set to arrive at the rendez-vous point. During the trip, he was very professional and very pleasant, keeping us updated constantly on the schedule and the next steps of the journey. The whole process (meet up, pet immigration, "human" immigration,shuttle, driving etc) went perfectly smoothly.
Concerning the transport, the van fits max 5 people, with ample room for pets. The cages (located on one side, opposite the owners) are clean and new. No AC (just in front with the driver) but even on a hot 30degree day, the van was very cool. The owner made sure everyone and their pets were comfortable.
Great trip, i would recommend the service to anyone.

This is an amazing service.
First, I was travelling from Amsterdam to UK so needed a pet friendly place to stay in Calais overnight before our bus journey. Brenda, the owner kindly assisted by recommending a place.
Second, the pickup, the detailed straightforward, step by step information provided to prevent any problems at customs.
Third, the incredibly comfortable pet bus where I was able to sit next to my baby in comfort. Water and snacks provided for the pups.
Forth, the other gorgeous little dogs and their parents.
Fifth, the smooth, comfortable and safe journey from Calais to Ashford.
100% PERFECTION. My dog and I are so thankful for this service.

Le pet express exceeded my expectations! We left on time, the bus was super clean and spacious for all passengers and pets. This was the first time travelling with my puppy and Chris made sure we were both ok! They also offered to check my pups pet passport days before the departure date to ensure there won’t be any issues at border control.
Definitely recommend.

Thank goodness for lepetexpress and Brenda! I cannot recommend them enough-getting a pet into the UK can be a grueling process and I do not know what I would have done if it hadn’t been for Brenda and her company. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Well organized transfer from Calais to Folkstone. The driver was very nice and the shuttle is well prepared for the pets. Pre-check of the documents from the driver is very helpful.
I will use it again for the trip back to Europe.

From booking to drop off this was an excellent service. Having travelled as a foot passenger with a pet across the Channel for the past 10 years using various methods and companies I can say with 100% certainty that this was the best crossing my pet and I have ever had. Lepetexpress was recommended to me by a friend who was delighted by the customer service and I know why. Me and my fellow passengers were well informed both in advance and on the day of crossing, all details and paperwork were handled efficiently by Chris at the Eurotunnel terminal and the drop off was smooth and organised.
