I bought a chair for my balcony through the website of Leroy Merlin.

The supplier did not deliver the chair on the promised dates, the tracking number did not work, and the vendor never informed me of any delays.

When I contacted Leroy Merlin, they said the would ask their third party to send it. Still no information sent.

When contacting LEROY MERLIN again, they say it’s on the way, but no more information can be given.

This is not a serious company. They have no control over their partners. Much better to shop at Amazon or a Chinese vendor.

They of course inform me that I have to pay for transport charges to return the chair, that I have no idea of when could possibly arrive.

I have contacted my bank to reverse the credit card payment.

I have no recommendation whatsoever of this scam, and I am thoroughly disappointed

Drive one hour plus to collect material ✅

Be told that you don’t have my order in stock and it won’t be in stock until next week at least ✅

I am having the most terrible time with this company. I ordered a sink which arrived damaged. I contacted them to ask them to collect it, and send a replacement. That was on Wednesday, 10 July 2024. The damaged item has still not been collect, the replacement not sent and customer services are doing nothing. They are totally ineffective. I have launched 2 complaints so far and not heard a word.

Worst experience ever. The Athens shop in Marousi has zero customer service. Try to contact them for a month now after I went by the shop and send a couple of emails.

Their bathroom products, porcelains etc are rubbish, went bad in a year. I need to change them again after the renovation I did last year.
So exhausting!!! It’s a shame they exist at all.

The worst service ever. They dont give a sh@t about your order. It is being shiped one month ago and they still havent done anything to fix this or contact the courier service. I wouldnt buy anything again

Excellent service by ms Safa in the Garden Furniture department Naterial in Mijas. Full attention and good understanding of the products and follow up.

Desastrous! Never again! First, the delivery never arrived, and then I needed to fight for my reimboursement - they send out emails to ask if your account is still there instead of just paying me back!
This is pretty close to scam! Shame on you!

We phoned and checked with Leroy that the work was going to start the 24th - the 24th they were coming and leaving materials and said they were going to begin next week ... couldn't they communicate with us about this - my husband is flying to Portugal especially for this work

How Leroy Merlin Buchrest steal from you ?!
Is very simple: they put a price in the shop at the shelves and in reality , when you pay, the price is bigger! At me was double ! Nobody wants to speak with you, considering that you are not important for them ! If you don't check very carefully your invoice, you could be scamed by these people! Shame on them ! Is a fraud and has to be punished by law, because they always are making this kind of "mistakes" only detrimental the client! It's am ordinary scam ! Shame on the Leroy Merlin Sun Plaza and on their employees !

STAY AWAY - bought 2 Salton gas heaters on line never received it and struggling to get refund.

Ordered a Lithium Battery from them via their website. What a disaster, still do not have my battery. They have given me the run around with all sorts of stories, then delivered the wrong battery. Be very careful of their 3rd party products, they don't care they are just after your money, customer service does not exist

I ordered a stove llaca that should have been delivered by 2.05.24. They didn't leave and they didn't justify it. I called the customer service and they said it came from Spain (there is no mention on the website of this fact) and they did not know where it was... anyway, until today the 5th it has not been delivered, some say that it was damaged, others that it was a logistics problem... take your conclusions.. I have already warned you that if it is not delivered in the next few days I will go by legal means.

They would not let me exchange some curtains because the package was ripped.
I then took a photo and got her name and she called the police. I deleted the photo and she was physically stopping me from leaving the shop. Absolutely disgusting behaviour over some curtains.
My customer rights violated. I have a right to return items.
My personal space invaded and I was being manhandled.
Made me show my phone to prove that I had deleted her photo I had to flick through my photos. I didn’t even know that I wasn’t allowed to take photos in this country. As a foreigner on holiday I am completely disgusted by the way I was treated.
Having spent quite a few hundred pounds here in the last two weeks. If not 1000 I was shocked by this whole interaction.
This is not what you expect as a customer.
I would not use this shop again and this manager to be let go. If this is shop policy it’s awful. I’ve not experienced this in any other shop ever.
It was akin to being treated as a criminal rather than a customer. I have never in my life experienced anything like this.

Bought a shed. 2 weeks delivery time. Had a concrete base laid to fit the size of shed. Day of delivery they emailed to say it wasn’t possible to deliver, so they were refunding me. Told them they had a contract and couldn’t do that. I had a base built for that size shed. 2 months on, countless e-mails and no response from them. They are total rogues and don’t give a damn. I will never buy anything from ever again and am busy telling everyone I know what a complete bunch of cheats they are.

We bought four courtain rods. The package came sealed but when we opened it two of the four were broken. We wrote to customer service but there was no reply.

Leroy Merlyn was been great. Ordered on line and they didn't have enough of the item ...the lady went out of her way to get the rest for me even thought I didn't buy so much...I'm a small business owner and they didn't make me feel uncomfortable. I would recommend them and will do business with them again..well done guys. Thanks for your help.

Service is very unprofessional, there is no happy to see you and a smile, i felt under pressure to hurry, like he needed to leave, he spoke very fast greek, i barely understood him, i asked for a door and gave my measurements, and he insisted that the door i want comes without a frame, by this time i was so anxious i wanted to leave, he just didnt want to help out, as if he needed to be somewhere else.
My builder told him he knows for sure that these doors come with a frame as he had bought 1 before, honestly it felt like he just couldnt be bothered, and we were holding him up from something, my builder was upset, i was anxious, i just wanted to leave, never seen such service in my life !

Absolutely pathetic, I ordered couch covers and a dish rack arrived. I let them know a week ago that someone else’s package has been delivered to me and mine hasn’t arrived. They have done absolutely NOTHING about this. I eventually took the package that was delivered to the customer, but still nothing about my package.
