Don’t waste your money

I ordered flowers for my dad's birthday in Switzerland and payed $21 US for delivery. The company firstly accused me of not providing the right address. I had to send them a Google Maps screenshot to prove that I didn't make a mistake and asked for a refund.
Even after contacting them several times, florist refused to reimburse me ( order was over $100 US) and the flowers were never delivered.

On top of that, that were particularly arrogant and unpleasant. Trust me, don't waste your money here.

Valentine’s Day 2023

I bought a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day 2023 and unfortunately what was delivered did not resemble what I ordered from their website.

The bouquet looked half the size, the flowers were very shabby & wilted and the entire thing was poorly assembled.

My wife received the flowers late

My wife never received the flowers for Valentine’s Day while the website said the delivery had been completed. I called customer support and wrote on the website contact form twice, but no reply that day.

The following day, customer support replied by email. I gave them the wrong door code (my mistake) but they did not call the phone number to find a solution. They organised a second delivery the following day. Some of the flowers arrived dead, but she was able to change them the following day. Order TL10852948.

It is not great, especially for the price, but I had to review my rating up as she eventually received some flowers. Not sure I would use them again, not very reliable.

Nothing like what I ordered

The flowers are nothing like in the picture! You choose design but in the end they make their own it seems. They are also much smaller than in the picture, it was ridiculous. I will never use their services again.

Late delivery

I ordered some tulips via express delivery 24h, however they arrived after 48h so the flowers did hang their heads already. Customer service did not reply on my request after flowers didn’t arrive after 24h. The flowers are nice tho thus 2 stars.

I chose deliver in 5 hours or less &…

I chose deliver in 5 hours or less & the local vendor called me because they did not receive the order until the hour it was due to be delivered so they could not deliver in the 5 hour window frommt order. It was important because it was to a school that closed for the day.

Flowers arrived right at the end of day…

Flowers arrived right at the end of day (after hours). Therefore didn’t receive the flowers until the next day. I wrote to the company but I’ve had no response. Really not impressed at all.

No delivery and no refund

The flowers are massively overpriced, you would think they charge for the service of delivering on time but they don't even do that. The flowers were not delivered but they insist on the contrary and refuse to at least reimburse us after already ruining a special occasion. They were unable to guarantee delivery and don't provide any support or compensation for their shortcomings. If we had known how they work, it would have been better to call directly a local florist instead.

I was concerned about the recent 1 star…

I was concerned about the recent 1 star reviews given on this site, but I needed to send some flowers to a friend in a suburb near Zurich.

I tried a number of sites like Marsano.ch but their web sites were all non-functioning in some way. Les Fleurs, on the other hand, was simple to use and available in multiple languages, including English, without using translation plugins.

I need not have worried. The delivered flowers were beautiful, done the same day (with time zone adjustments), and identical to the description and photograph on the web site.

Highly recommended, based on my experience.

I’ve received absolutely different…

I’ve received absolutely different bouquets. Not slightly different. A completely different product.
I wish I could show it to you. They do not want to admit it and won’t give your money back.
I strongly recommend not to work with them.

Never again

The bouquet i bought was completely different from the one i chose on the web.
Instead of 6 roses had only 1, it was supposed to be super colorful and it was not at all. For all the money i spent I will not repeat.

What a poor performance

What a poor performance, living in 2022 E-Commerce. After entering post code for mothers day in Austria they promise next day delivery (even same day possible), then payment. Three and a half hours later (when the day is almost over and there are no more online alternatives) they send a message, that all their partner florists are "closed" and delivery is not possible.

Summary: Black sheep in the field of E-Commerce. Absolutely not recommendable. Pretending to deliver into 10 countries and fully failing. There are others in the flower biz, who have their processes under control - no second chance for douchebags.

I needed flowers delivered overnight and LesFleurs provided the most beautiful roses, on time and as if I had specially ordered them weeks in advance. We will definitely use this florist service for all our future purchases. Great job!!!
