I looked at the website look very professional the website looks great,But to be honest They don’t have no idea about modern cars they are only good for pickup truck the only thing they know how to make money off customers They call them self Land Rover specialists Unfortunately I don’t think they have no clue I was very disappointed about there service its very upsetting they taking money from people without rectifying the actual fault upsetting very unprofessional paying over £300 but my fault wasn’t even rectified by them, thay couldn’t complete the service , I had to pay a lot of money it was very unfortunate I think they’re just a Cowboys I will not recommend them To anyone if you want to save your money and time stay away from them they are not professionals The only thing they know it’s money they don’t respect peoples time or it’s just the website looks professionals , it’s my mistake taking my car to them So please guys save money and time don’t go to them it’s going to be a waste of time

It was such a miserable experience with staff .I booked my audi A4 2008 and wasted whole day failed to findout what was the fault and instead told me that my car is nasty .Also charge me for nothing as no work has been done .Such a time wasters .I would suggest not to go there and waste your time as they have a team of non skilled managers and labour focus on taking money out of your pocket instead customer satisfaction.

Not a very positive experience, not honest and lied about damage they caused!

I booked my Jaguar S-type car in to have the rear parking sensors looked at as one of the sensors had stopped working. In order to fix this issue it meant removing the rear bumper to replace the broken sensor.

I waited a number of hours for this to be done and was told that the mechanic had an issue in removing the bolts that fixed the bumper on (the heads had been allegedly rounded so he struggled to remove them) but when I went to look into the garage workshop they had put the doors down at the front so I couldn't see in. I kept asking the reception how it was going with my car and was told that they had fixed the sensor. Eventually when my car came out I was told that the sensor had been replaced and had been sprayed green to match my car colour. However on inspection it had not been sprayed at all and was clearly black. The sensor was also not sitting flush with the bumber like the other sensors.

The next working day I had a towbar fitted on my car. The mechanic needed to remove the rear bumper from my car to fit the towbar. Without any problems he needed just 20 mins to take the bumper off. No bolt heads had been found rounded! Then once the bumper was off we could see that the rear sensor had been broken off from it's plate and had been glued in with a clear mastic and consequently dropped out of the hole.

I called Les Paul Motors to ask them what had happened as they clearly hadn't taken the bumper off the car and had tried to conceal the fact that they had broken the sensor bracket and it was then that I received an apology and an offer to have the labour refunded to me as they had clearly let me down. I found them to have been dishonest by not originally advising me of the damage they had done to my car, not to mention the fact that I was also charged for long labour hours to remove a bumper that they clearly didn't do.

However, the work they did on my exhaust to repair it had gone well but it's unfortunate the rear sensor that they worked on let them down from my perspective therefore I won't be returning to them in the future.

I had many problems afterwards with the rear sensors following Les Pauls Motors damage they caused in breaking the sensor bracket etc (and tried to conceal this) and the rear sensors are now not working at all. This is an expensive job to have new ones fitted in the bumper and I believe it's due to Les Pauls Motors damage caused. Will never return again as they can't be trusted.
