I wanted to pay with a credit card, but it did not work.
I tried with Visa and with Mastercard but the payment was refused. I finally had to pay by Paypal.
I ordered 3 articles and received one article with the wrong flavour.

The delivery is usually very good (quick). However, the price is a little bit high and there are just feel promotions for regular customers. I have never received a discount or promotion offer for the product I'm used to buy!

Good product, good quality

I ordered a few time on the website, and getting my last order was complicated.

The whey protein I had chosen was not available so I have been asked to choose an other one. I received the wrong size of protein pot, so I had to send it back, then I had to send an email to get the good protein sent back. And... I received again the wrong product... Finally the commercial service sent me the good product and made a nice gesture of goodwill so It has been solved and I got ok with my order.
