Shannon was extremely professional throughout the process. She showed us properties in the Battersea area without applying any pressure and gave us the time and space we needed to make a decision. Her approach made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and very pleasant.

This was probably the smoothest rental experience I've had. Shannon was clear and professional, and the flat looked just like the photos. The only snag was the tenancy agreement coming through a bit last minute - but it all worked out fine.

During the first inspection, they found a minor issue and arranged for the repairs straight away. It was great that they were proactive - it probably saved me from a future complaint.

I appreciated how they explained their services and fees in a straightforward way, with no confusing jargon. The communication was consistent from our first chat right through to the end.

Such a straightforward experience - no last-minute issues and no hidden fees. The property looked exactly like it did in the photos, and everything was ready for me on the day I moved in.

The flat is fine, but I had to follow up a few times to get updates on the process. Once everything was confirmed, though, the move-in itself was very smooth.

Shannon was a great help and got everything sorted within a week. The paperwork was quick and easy, so I could move into my new flat without any delays.

Extremely dodgy company with no morals. They submitted our offer to the landlord, told us it was accepted, didn’t take the property off the market, did more viewings, got a higher offer, told us we need to increase an already accepted offer if we want to secure the flat. We obviously withdrew our offer as we didn’t want to deal with a company like that.

This is the worst letting agency I have ever encountered. They straight up pulled out of a letting 2 days before move in after even agreeing to pay 12 months upfront.

Even though we passed reference checks TWICE!

Absolutely avoid.
