Excellent production quality assurance
Letbricks checks (twice) during the preparation of the kit which is appreciated. In my case, they found missing parts which they had to order, so my order took a bit longer than anticipated. But I'm very hopeful that all parts are there. There are so many interesting kits available.

I submitted and order last month
I submitted and order last month, and a payment was take but I still have yet to receive a tracking order. I've emailed the company twice with no response.
I never received an email but the order did arrive today a month after I ordered. I just wish they would have sent some sort of shipping confirmation or notification. If they did I did not receive it. My son is happy with his product. Just be aware shipping takes several weeks before you order.

Model annoying, Letbricks team very helpful
The model I bought had many annoying steps and fragile assemblies. However the letbricks team has been very helpful and understanding when helping me. I do believe this is a good legit company and I just got unlucky in the model I chose. A very good looking display piece, but if you want a playable model or easy building experience, invest in a different model.

Ordered two MOC engines
Ordered two MOC engines. Both came with no missing parts, good quality. Second order had shipping problems but was due to to transit company. Letbricks very helpful and responsive. Would absolutely order more products from company and recommend them to others!

Great quality and customer service
The experience was great because there was some trouble with the shipping transit (not Letbricks fault)
and their customer service did a super job in getting the replacement to me. And the actual product once I received was packed perfectly and all parts of the product had great high quality and no issues. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Poor model design making it difficult to build and keep parts together. I had to glue many parts together. Also many missing pieces.

I ordered and paid for the product on August 2nd and yet by the end of October I have not received it… however when I emailed them they took action and now I am waiting for my package in the next days. It was a pre order. They instantly answer my emails.
