Taking our two young children on their first international trip—from the U.S. to Portugal—came with plenty of stress and logistics! Thankfully, I found Vera and Let’s Go Baby while researching the best way to travel with two children who had different car seat needs.

Vera was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable from start to finish. She helped coordinate airport transportation for our group of seven, including both children, and made the entire process seamless. We were also able to rent car seats directly through her website, where I could choose the exact seats I wanted for our rental car. The pickup and drop-off process was simple and efficient.

Having access to high-quality, well-maintained car seats gave me tremendous peace of mind. As a parent, it was reassuring to know my children would be traveling in seats that were appropriate for them and in excellent condition—something that isn’t always guaranteed when renting through a car rental company.

Vera went above and beyond, even helping arrange last-minute transportation for another member of our group whose flight plans changed unexpectedly.

I truly can’t say enough good things about Let’s Go Baby and the service Vera provides. She made traveling with young children so much easier and less stressful. I highly recommend Let’s Go Baby to any family traveling in Portugal. Thank you, Vera!

Absolute 5 star experience!!! Vera is incredible. Communication was excellent at all times. We rented a number of baby items for our trip to Lisbon including bed-side crib, all looked like new and served us very well. Vera met us at the airport and was there again to collect. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Let's Go Baby is an absolutely fantastic service! I was nervous about travelling with our 10mo old and was getting anxious about all the stuff we were planning to bring (e.g., stroller, pack n' play, high chair, travel backpack etc.). While doing some pre-trip planning, I stumbled upon Let's Go Baby and I was floored by how convenient and easy they made the entire process. Not only could we rent everything there and forgo the packing fiasco, they picked up our whole party from the airport with a car seat already installed and ready for us. They even coordinated a meet up at the airport on our way home to grab all the rental equipment so we didn't have to go an inch out of our way. I cannot recommend them (and our lovely agent, Vera) enough!

We had a very positive experience with the stroller we rented during our stay in Lisbon.
The communication was perfect from beginning to end, and both the pick-up and drop-off process were very easy and convenient.
Vera is an incredibly kind person who truly cares about families. She regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well, asked if the stroller suited our baby and if he was comfortable in it.

Excellent experience with Let’s Go Baby! We rented 3 baby car seats and everything went perfectly. Very professional, fast and trustworthy service. The seats were in excellent condition, clean and safe. The customer service was very friendly and helpful from the very first contact. I don’t remember ever receiving such a good service as the one from Let’s Go Baby — if I could, I would give much more than 5 stars. Vera made our trip to Portugal so easy while traveling with two kids under 3. She had great rental items, wonderful recommendations, and was so helpful with troubleshooting logistics. I can’t recommend her highly enough! She went above and beyond, and we truly felt cared for. Definitely use this service if you’re traveling with little kids!

The customer support (a.k.a. Vera) was splendid! Before I even booked the chairs, I wrote to Let's Go Baby as I had some questions, and Vera was prompt and gave me all the info I needed to book the proper chairs for our kids (I booked 3 chairs for an 8-day period). I had constant communication with the whole team via WhatsApp (even when I got lost in the airport and couldn't find our meeting point, lol). They went above and beyond for us to get the chairs easily and also to drop them off. With regards to the chairs, they were clean, and we felt safe to have the children in them. All in all, a seamless and beautiful experience with Let's Go Baby. Totally recommend it!

Booking, payment, and communication with Letsgobaby were super easy!
We ordered a car seat for 11 days, which was correctly delivered and picked up at the airport by friendly staff.

I can’t say enough. The service has been incredible and it made traveling around Portugal with a 3 year old a breeze. Not having to worry about a car seat takes so much stress off. The drivers we have had were amazing.

I’m so glad that I found let’s go baby Portugal. Vera was an absolute treasure and took time to make sure that she understood my needs and gave me great advice for my trip. The transfer services that she coordinated went perfectly. It was such a stress reliever while traveling with my 14 month old and I’m so grateful. Would not hesitate to use this service again and recommend to anyone traveling with children to Portugal.

I almost never consider a service as 5 stars... but this one, I cannot imagine one thing that could be better! They communicated efficiently from day 1, were clear with directions and how to meet them, the product was in *great* shape, the staff was friendly and punctual and they even made it easier for us to take the seats back while returning the rental car. I am in love with the quality of their service, for real.
