the products on the web site are not in stock its a scam. three months later im still waiting. use KS lighting. they are honest and tell you whats available and whats not.

I have paid through bankwire for a specific piece of a broken lamp.
I have never received the merchandise.
It is impossible to join the seller.
Looks like a real scam.

This is a SCAM, pure and simple.
They DO NOT send the material purchased, they DO NOT answer emails.
Luckily enough, I made my purchase through PayPal, and got a full refund. But it is a waste of time. So better AVOID this seller, at any cost!!!

Saw those negative reviews, but this seller was much cheaper, so I ordered it and paid with PayPal. As promised they delivered everything within 3 weeks.

I have payed for two Faro Barcelona Hydra fans on August 27…I still haven’t received them and on my account on their website everyday states different date, they just keep postponing it…The communication with them is horrible and I wish I had read their reviews on your site before I had made on order with them…

The lamp was broken upon delivery, okay no big deal, this can happen, just send us another one.

Only, no-one replies to emails, no-one picks up the phone, and we tried for weeks and weeks. Plus there is no return information.

In the end we had no choice but to return the broken lamp, and at our own expense.

At least about one month later they had the decency to refund us the payment.

Just forget it, stay away, all to hard, ridiculous complete lack of service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Their customer service is non-existent. I ordered a lamp in February and still have not received it over two months later, even though the company charged my credit card. They have not responded to any requests for an order cancellation and refund.

non-existent technical assistance, I placed an order, NEVER arrived, refunded by paypal, I make a second order using a discount coupon attached to an apology email, second order never arrived! I send mail for information but no one answers ..... I will ask for a refund back to PAYPAL (thanks paypal !!), I have been buying online for years but I think I have never seen a site worse than this! stay away from here

Bought a lamp on beginning of March with international shipping within EU. Provided the seller with all of my details. Waited for three weeks, then contacted the delivery company, which said they had shipped the package back to seller because of insufficient delivery information. Delivery company had inquired the seller for more information, but received no response.

I have been trying to get in touch with the seller for 10 days via email, received no reaction! My conclusion: dishonest seller, avoid at all costs!!!

The lamp they send us was a second hand one, altough we paied for a new one. Getting in contact with this company is not possible. Please avoid this shop

The store offers an amazingly variable assortment of lights from many many producers. The articles are good quality.
Communication with clients is a disaster, actually there exists no communication.
You receive the prepaid article in a month.

This company makes Nigerian company's look GOOD . The directors must be a complete waste of space , unethical , bordering on fra------ would describe this lot . Any positive reviews surely must be
" company self posted " Stay clear !!

Unglaublich :(! Weeks go by, they NEVER answer the phone (calling constantly, always automated messages!), left them several emails - they don't reply to them... still awaiting goods to arrive, if they ever will.

I'm very satisfied about the timely and the efficient service. My light was delivered according to the schedule and a broken part was immediately replaced.

Ordered lamps which were said to be in stock. After 1 week the lamps had not arrived. Cusomer service telephone number is never answered, emails never answered. Fortunately we had paid by Paypal and raised a complaint through them. We very quickly got our money back.
If ordering from this company I recommend using Paypal.
