I had an issue with ink stopping as…
I had an issue with ink stopping as though it had dried up or had air bubbles. I knew I wasn't writing that much for the ink to be used up. Upon contacting Levenger and describing the issue, Levenger promptly sent replacement ink. Thank you.

I was late in asking for an order I had…
I was late in asking for an order I had put aside. I kept getting the message ''your order is waiting''. When I finally ordered, the price had changed but I was able to get the price of the items at the sale price. Then, there was a mistake in the order. I called and it was corrected and my order arrived with the exact content I wanted. Thank you very much.
