It’s beautiful and the quality is great!
It’s beautiful! It’s a little large, but I feel like my life and plans are large now as well. But I do feel as if it’s very well made but maybe a little pricier for the paper part of it. I purchased the letter size planner and nearly $60 seems like a lot when I know I have to do it every year but you bet I’m going to do it again next year!

Like Levengers
Like Levengers, although their resin pens are not so great. They have nice colour's, but, just not enough weight to them and they are very expensive. Joe is a nice salesman,very helpful, and we have interesting conversations while I am deciding what to purchase. Also, do not like those disc's they use to hold the paper in the books. The paper is not securely in the covers of the books. Other than those issues, like Levengers.

I love the adjust-a-file
I love the adjust-a-file, it really tamed my desktop and is beautifully constructed. The only criticism I have is that it was supposed to ship for free, yet I was charged $17+ dollars for shipping, and the representative could not undo it.

I just received my Coffee/ Mocha…
I just received my Coffee/ Mocha acrylic fountain pen as well as a bottle of Levenger ink.
This is my first acrylic fountain pen and the only thing I don’t like is the weight of the pen. It is very light(acrylic) compared to my other metal barrel fountain pens.
It writes nice and smooth and I love the looks.

Poor customer service
Placed an order over 3 weeks ago. Only one item of 4 have arrived. The tracking information they shared hadnt updated. I sent an email requesting an update and never got a response. I still dont have my items.

My order came quickly and accurately, in beautiful boxes. My favorite item is a hugely discounted rollerball pen in the wonderful colors of gold and navy. The lid unscrews with precision and the refils mark smoothly without skipping. I chose an unusual ink color, violet, that is nevertheless a pleasant shade. I'm delighted.
