Wasn’t person who answered the phone is all systems…all this stupid portal every time login in system prices of insurance proof of no claim bonus getting more ridiculous no accepting documents cos they not in pdf not everyone they tach or digital genius for some maybe is basic but for others is headache.

They're charging horrible fees even during the 14 days, I did my insurance and after 4 days cancelled it as the moped got engine problems
More than £108 I lost.

Unprofessional processing
After I paid for the comprehensive policy, I was asked to provide confirmation for NCD. I was able to do so but broker did not accept one from Greece. I have my drivers license and riding experience for 30+ years. I should have known before I execute payment. The result was that I had to cancel the policy and although cancelation was within the 14 days period, I still had to pay administration fees. Not to mention that the initial search for coverage and subsequently the new comparison for a good deal along with the policy cancelation resulted in an increased premium.
Totally unacceptable!!

Misleading and poor to respond.
Company respond to a poor review, ask me to email then ignore it. 3 days and no response from a request to withdraw from a loan which was set up without me knowing it was a loan. Any company that is not entirely clear is a bad company, they are misleading.

They are not insurance company at all
I had last year an incident and when I contacted them they transfer me to Lancaster Claim compny wich are terrible at deeling with claims. Had a personal injury and they explained that they are not deiling with that which is total scam. Steel fighting legal battles because they are taking people money and when you need their services as an insurance company they walk away with ,,we are only brokers not an insurance company'' DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

My Policy hasn't even started and already i'm absolutely destroyed. I then came here to review. I wished I looked here first. Its only because insurance is law, that these companies can get away with it. Shambles....

For 2 months I've tried to call to be on hold for hours emailed requests a call back several times and nothing all I want to do is change date they take my insurance money as don't want a fine and look bad on my credit file ,

Huge cancellation fee …
I have been using the company for quite a while and was happy with them until one day I received an email that my insurance would be canceled due to invalid uploaded documents.
The annoying thing is that the email said that even if I upload them now, the insurance would still be canceled.
I had to pay a 169.57 cancellation fee.. I called to pay it over the phone and asked the employee what was the reason for my insurance being canceled?
They told me that I did not upload the CBT certificate or the CBT certificate I uploaded was invalid..
It is very strange that I do not need a CBT certificate because I have a full A category and can drive any motorcycle, my driver's license is uploaded and could be checked.
