Fantastic customer experience!
Well, due to Covid, I needed to buy another stack of face masks... Now you do get them in many places, but still - easier just to order online. So, I searched and found a great offer at "LHL - Landsforeningen for hjerte- og lungesyke". Bought the product - and got the info on my phone just 2 days later that the product was ready for collection.
All this - as every other online shop works (or rather should work).
What made "Landsforeningen for hjerte- og lungesyke" better than most other companies, was the message on the invoice: "Thank you for supporting Landsforeningen for hjerte- og lungesyke". Not thank you for purchasing... but I actually through my purchase got a good feeling for supporting a great cause.
I was not just a customer... it gave me a great feeling.
