Very poor writer (in my case) but good customer service redeemed themselves.
Customer service = 4 stars.
Writing = 1 star.
I paid close to $700 and gave them 14 days to deliver on an essay. Firstly, the writer changed twice and the delivery got delayed almost a week. Luckly, I was able to take that setback.
Secondly, and most importantly, the essay was completely wrong and was not on topic despite me providing an essay brief document and important sources of information. Moreover, the essay was extremely poorly written. Someone literally did last minute research, paraphrased the crap out of sources, repeated the same point again and again to fill words and submitted it. Even if the topic was correct, it was NOT A PASSABLE essay.
The customer service was half decent though so they redeemed themselves there. They were helpful, got their QA team involved and what not and in the end, I got an acceptable fraction of the $700 refunded. It took a bit of talking with multiple people but it didn't seem like they were trying to dodge me - they were responsive, stuck to their words and in the end, came through and did what they could do.
For a service that is half dodgy and probably based off some overseas country with no consequences or standards, the customer service could have been a lot worse than this and I am very grateful that it wasn't.
I would recommend going to Liahelp, just go with some time at hand, be ready to do a bit of back and forth with the writer, and understand that there will be risk attached to using these services.
