If I could give a minus figure I would. I ordered in October, chased continually throughout that time then received it in December. When it finally arrived, I couldn't believe what I saw. The quality is beyond poor, material was ripped, parts did not move (as advertised). NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.......
Received initial shipping order from the US then nothing, after several emails and weeks still nothing and my request for a refund was met with - a new order has been sent, we can’t refund now.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPNY! I made the mistake of ordering from a Facebook advert. They charged me £10 more than the order summary which was paid via PayPal. No order confirmation email. I cancelled the
Order immediately and contacted PayPal. No email confirming the cancellation. Serval days later received an email stating the order was being shipped. I emailed them again stating the order was cancelled and demanding my refund, which I have not received. No response. I later found the exact same picture they used, on Temu, at 1/3 of the price they have charged me! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
