Always delivers within 2 days sometimes next day with Royal Mail (free) postage option, mult buy savings plus points earns to redeem against future purchases. I ONLY use them as their cool menthol is my fav and I’ve “vaped” since the only option was a replica cig that had like a powder in! Been through many, tried a lot, but for possibly 10 certainly 8 I’ve always used this brand for my liquid.
Once made an error by returning back a page and forgetting to resekect strength svd ended up with £40 of nicotine free which they put right at no extra cost within a couple days, frequent 10-15% offers also pile on the savings to where I’m paying under a 1/3 per bottle than at my local shop that sells them

I have always been happy with the service. However the last order i made it was not so happy with.
It took 6 days to come and when I phoned they could not give me a explanation. But the worst thing was. The email I received from them asking me to place a order had a discount code so I made a £50 order. It was not till I had paid that I noticed the code had ran out the month before. When I spoke to them they just said that there is now a new code. But I didn't need anything else.

For some reason they wouldn't apply the 15% discount advertised.
That i might add is something they normally do 🤷
So they now claim it has to be over £40 never had to be the last thirty times i order from them.

I have checked the correspondance and all that I can see is in email asking for us to cancel an order.
I have also looked at active discount codes for the value of order you had placed there wasn't any I am afraid.
The 15% discount code I think you are referring to requires a minimum order value of £40.00.
Please be advised however that we do have various product offers and multibuy discounts that are always active on our website.
I hope that this explains the situation and please let me know should you want to discuss any of these points in further detail.
