I work full time and I receive a text…
I work full time and I receive a text the evening before the day you plan on attending in which I can't accommodate on such short notice.
I then receive threatening letters from for housing saying they are going to apply to gain legal entry even though I'm not refusing entry, I'm just asking for notice of a convenient date and time for attendance. It was then booked for AM this morning and no one has turned up. I have tried to use the webchat which is down for maintenance, I have then contacted the contact number provided and its an out of hours service which don't have access to the operatives schedule and can't provide an ETA. My annual gas service was completed in October last year so I'm in no breach of my tenancy and I'm being threatened like I'm a criminal. Absolutely shocking service

Graham arrived well within the time…
Graham arrived well within the time given to me. He was polite and friendly. He quickly got on with servicing my boiler, checking alarms and testing the heating system. I'm not an engineer but he appeared to be very efficient.

The technician did a five star job
In fixing the repair of a burst water supply tube.
The only reason I scored 3 stars was the admin staff were so short with me when I asked why the technician was late that particular afternoon was the repair was booked for am's mot pm's
When I did get the chance to speak to one of the admin staff was the way she answered the phone with a mouthful of chewing gum.
Not recommended.
3 stars for admin 5 stars for the technician.

Pleasant staff
Needed to cancel an appointment but had difficulties contacting because my emails went unanswered and the appointment day arrived with no acknowledgement, however I rang in the morning and finally managed to get through and requested a smaller window of time for the appointment and they allowed that. The receptionist was very pleasant and polite as was the engineer who carried out the service.

I was informed of a gas inspection and could turn up at anytime during the day,the 28th ,he turned up,I asked him if he could remove his shoes and obliged,just had carpet cleaned but he did what he needed to do and was on his way,I asked him if everthing was ok and yes ok,a good job done
