Don't know how Liberty Games has received such a high Trustpilot score. Our experience has been terrible. We ordered an outside football table and waited a month for it to be delivered. Okay, so it came from France. On arrival I checked the parts before I put the table together only to find there were nuts and bolts missing, which I reported immediately. The boxes are still sitting in the corner of our club, a month later, awaiting the parts which have taken longer to be delivered than the original table.

It was a small order - table football balls; the order arrived incredibly quickly to an IV24 postcode. Packaging was appropriate for the size of the order. It's great to have the table football going again!

I ordered the table top pool table, from the moment I placed the order I had correspondence constantly, through to delivery. My initial enquiries were answered speedily . When I ordered my 7ft American pool table( with which I am very pleased ) . There was a slight error on ordering which was easily resolved. The fitters were very professional and personable , providing good advice and recommending a couple of further purchases .

We had been looking for a Jukebox for some time, it's not the same to view on-line, so we took a trip to the Epsom store, made very welcome on arrival, viewed 2 Jukeboxes, decided there and then it was just what we were looking for... made the purchase. Delivered within a few days, it has a wonderful sound, easy to operate...no regrets..

The multi-game product is fantastic and all the family enjoy. Even better was the amazing customer service received. We initially ordered the larger 7ft table. On receipt we realised it was too big to fit up the stairs. There was no issue changing to smaller 6ft table. This was all handled professionally with minimum fuss. I would highly recommend Liberty games on the quality of their products and level of service.
