Amazing customer service. It was nice to have someone at the end of the phone to help with queries. Order the infinity board game and the delivery company let me down but company made sure that an alternative delivery was sorted out for next day so that I'd recieve it in time for partner's birthday.

The game is also fab and up late most nights playing since we recieved it.

Had spent a while looking online at various companies for a football table as wanted to get one that would fold away for storage but also be strong enough to last. Finally decided on the Strikeworth football table from Liberty Games. The service was brilliant from ordering to delivery, they even suggested building the table early to check all was ok as it was a Christmas present. The table looks like it will last and is very sturdy once built although the build instructions were not that great and a second pair of hands would have been beneficial. My son was so pleased with the table and we’ve had many family competitions. Would definitely recommend Liberty Games for their service before and after purchase.

The 3-1 in one pool table is magnificent addition to our family. It is a great way to bring friends and family together through a game of pool or table tennis or air hockey. The table other focal point to use as a dining table it is amazing for entertaining plenty of room on table to lay out food in the middle of table.

I ordered a set of 2” snooker balls for a previously purchased pool table. They arrived promptly and when used were perfect for the table. Very pleased.

Ordered the diner / pool table as it was in stock and could be delivered in afew weeks , about a week after ordering I was given a date for delivery & installation within the week , day of delivery was updated on time of which the team turned up set the table up gave me some advice on looking after it took all the packaging away so overall very pleased with liberty games .

We purchased a Pureline GB Pro Slate Bed Pool Table from Liberty Games plus cues and other accessories. The experience from start to finish could not have been better! It is a great Pool Table. First class build and finish and it provides for a really good playing experience both for beginners and for more advanced players. Communication with the Sales Team was first class; all enquiries were responded to quickly and in detail. The delivery and installation went very smoothly and on time. I recommend Liberty Games without reservation. Well done!

I orderd and paid for an arcade maxx cosmos cabnet in october, was told they wouldnt be shipped into the uk until late november and deliverd early december. Not only did they keep to their promise, every detail about the quality of games i questiond came through and the delivery men were spot on.....Thank you for your service

Fantastic experience, from start to finish!

Customer service were really helpful in providing guidance on working out which tables would fit into the basement room.

The team were understanding and flexible when I needed to reschedule delivery due to being let down by a builder working on the room, and still managed to find a slot to deliver before Christmas.

Finally, the delivery and installation team were FANTASTIC - friendly, helpful and totally focused on setting the table up in the perfect position and balancing it correctly. A real credit to the Liberty Games team.

Could not have had a better experience - highly recommended!!

I purchased the deluxe fold away pool table from liberty games and after 5 days I had a phone call confirming delivery address and time of delivery. I was fortunate to have first slot which was 6AM (early morning doesn't bother me. (it saves waiting around all day)

I got a phone call to let me know delivery was 15 minutes away and everything couldn't of gone more smoothly.

As for the table its the best MDF bed table on thr market and I would put money that it plays faster than some slate tables I've played on.

My only gripe with the table and this doesn't have anything to do with Liberty Games as they just supply whats given to them is the accessories you get. The table is a Gatley made table and for the price youre paying theres no way the balls that come with the table should be cheap chinese non brade make. Aramith red and yellow standards are about £35 with VAT now days.

I have my own aramith pro cups so im not too bothered but apart from that I can't fault the service.

Delivery drivers kept in contact with us to make it an extremely easy process throughout, slight damages when received and their customer service team (specifically Hayden) was a great help in sorting it all out for me. Highly recommended.

I recently bought an AtGames Legends 4K Pinball table with all the trimmings from Liberty Games and was very surprised at the speed and efficiency of their service.
From the moment I placed my order to the moment I received it I was kept informed every step of the way.
The Table and SSF kit arrived within two days by courier"all 65kg of it". They gently carried it in and placed it in the room i wanted it.
The build quality of the pinball cabinet and SSF kit is outstanding and easy to setup.

I will Definitely be Shopping here again.

Am excellent product. We have the 6foot pool/dining table. Well made, quite heavy and excellent value. Would definately recommend.

Getting updates on the delivery was good. Product itself, well we have been using the pool/dining almost everyday so it has been excellent for us. Aesthetic wise- the colour we chose is white and it looks good. What I would say is the underneath part of the benches and table has not been look after as when we were assembling it there was some scratches but we were not bothered as you couldnt see this anyway. Overall, looks good and serves its purpose.

I purchased my legends ultimate arcade machine from Liberty games in September 2023. Prior to placing my order I was able to have a conversation with a gentleman from Liberty Games via their live chat. I found this very helpful. Once the arcade machine was delivered I found it to be great fun and had 2 years of trouble free gaming. Unfortunately on the 11th November 2025 it developed a slight fault (the on / off button was not engaging properly which meant any vibrations would cause it to switch off and reboot).
I sent a WhatsApp message to Liberty games after 6pm that day and was surprised to receive a reply the same evening. The following day I exchanged emails with Joe and then eventually placed an order with John for a replacement on / off button. Not their biggest ever order I'm sure but the care and interest in which they took when helping me was very good and in a world where the art of good customer service seems to have all but disappeared it was a pleasure to find a company that genuinely wanted to help a old customer get their arcade machine back up and running. Thanks Liberty Games - I'm genuinely impressed by the fact you have spare parts off the shelf and are so very helpful. Great company. Oh and my new on / off button arrived 3 days after ordering. Superb.
