Eduardo Perez was the agent who answered my call. He was very patient and helpful, and answered my questions and concerns in detail. He also provided step by step on what I should do going forward. This is actually my second time with Eduardo. I recognized his voice and name. Eduardo was able to open a case quickly for me.

well first of all doing business with them scammers. I had them for about a year and I filed a claim for my water heater. They sent out a technician. He said it was leaking and then they came back and said they don’t cover leaks. They told me to get a second opinion it wasn’t leaking then they came back and told me my water heater was too old. Then they said I owed $1303 than a week later they said I owe $1465 so I said go ahead do it then whatever scammers and then they double charged me $1465 and I still am trying to get it back.

Learn from my mistakes! DO NOT TRUST THEM! I had a brand new GE combo washer dryer go out turned out to be a refrigerant leak) The machine was only 1.5 years old They called me told them they would not be fixing the machine and that they would be covering the cost of my machine at 100%. I said great sounds good. Then they sent over the replacement options/ payout all the reimbursement options were dryer only units and the cash pay out was $850 ( not even enough to cover their dryer only units they were offering) I told them this is not 100% the machine that you are not fixing is $2500 After days of back and forth I talked to a member named Fabio who said i needed open a washer claim so i could get paid out on both the dryer side and washer side of the unit. I agreed and opened the washer claim, then the next day i got a call saying they were gonna close my washer claim since i already had a claim for the machine open under the dryer, so i explained that it was opened at the advice of liberty home guard themselves and explained the situation that it is a combo all in one machine so to replace it means i would need to purchase both a washer and a dryer. they then told me i would hear back in a day, THAT NEVER HAPPENED! finally after a week i called to check on the claim, i was told they were working on it at the exact moment and i would hear back within a hour.... THAT NEVER HAPPPENED! finally 2 days later I got a missed call so i called them back just to be told theyll be emailing me the reimbursement options for my washer, Great , except 10 mins later I open the email to see they are giving me $250 towards a washer, even their replacement options ranged from $850-900, and they were only covering $250 of that. TELL ME HOW THAT IS COVERING MY UNIT AT 100%??!?!?! So after the $75 service fee my pay out is technically only $175.... so in total after a month of back and forth. After 2 $75 service fees LIberty thinks its okay to pay me $950 towards a $2500 machine.... STAY AWAY! This has been hands down the WORSTTTTTTT home warranty i have EVER dealt with I would NEVER recommend the, to even my worst enemy.

Luis Pena was very helpful. He understood my concern and gave me an acceptable explanation. We also spoke the same language (Spanish), which made it more easy for me.

Delancy was very kind, patient, and courteous. It was my first time filing a warranty claim and she helped make it pleasant.

He had excellent customer service; however, I am concerned about the charges. With this service I was under the understanding that it would cover anything broken in the service plan. It seems like with the service fee and my 70$ monthly fee that when they diagnose it they may charge me more.

Too many different diagnosis from different technicians. Can’t understand the person on the phone.

Liberty Home Guard will cover the replacement exhaust fan and its installation in full. Fabio Lopez was a great help during this claim.

A follow up review:
July 30. Today marks day number 70 (seventy) that we are still waiting on Liberty Home Guard to fix our refrigerator. We have been told "we're sorry" that those words are completely empty and that they appreciate our patience is also no longer valid as our patience expired for this claim about 50 days ago. Yes, over 2 months to fix a refrigerator. This company is nothing but a fraudulent song and dance team trying to not resolve or assist the customers. I would NOT ever recommend these people as their actions and words are completely against helping the client. We just received word tonight that our scheduled appointment will not longer be honored as they scheduled a technician that can not perform the necessary job--mind you, they knew at the time of scheduling that this would not be possible, but went ahead anyway. No help, compensation, or even a repaired refrigerator. BUYER BEWARE! Steven Luna (our specialized customer service representative) is also a bag of lies and false truths. I will update later as to the condition of our repair.

It was a pleasure working with Fabio. He was personable and very professional. I truly appreciated a phone call from him with an explanation of the findings and what to expect regarding the claim. It was a delightful experience!
