I called Denis at Liberty Locksmiths as I was having trouble with locking and unlocking my door. He was able to come out that day and realigned the door quickly and efficiently. I now feel safe in my home again. Thank you Denis

I called Liberty Locksmiths and Denis arrived at my Mum’s house within 45 minutes and had changed the lock within 15 minutes, excellent service, I am a very happy customer.

Denis was able to attend within 15 minutes and replace the mechanism on our front door, as it had broken and we couldn’t get the door open. He also had a look at the back door, which was beginning to have the same issue, and fixed it before it became a bigger problem. Very quick and reliable service, would highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Contacted Denis first thing in the morning and came later in the day at my request. New door handle fitted which wasn’t straightforward. Adjusted door fitting and made door lock work better than it’s done in past few years. Can’t fault and all with a friendly chat!

Denis was incredibly quick to respond to my message and fix the door. It happened to be our main entrance door—and on Halloween day of all days! I was really worried about the kids who would be coming by for trick-or-treat and having to leave without sweeties from our place.

Denis arrived right on time, was very polite, and clearly explained what went wrong with the door before promptly fixing it. Hurray — the door is now working perfectly, and I’m ready to welcome all the little ghosts and goblins tonight!

Denis came out to repair patio door which wouldn't lock, took time to explain and demonstrate the issue and was great with my four year old boy who wanted to talk, excitedly, about, pretty much everything!

Very quick service- did an excellent job and clearly keen to ensure no problems with new lock as he ended up putting some extra fixings into side of garage door to ensure smoother opening and closing
