Got it done. Not good with doc u sign procedures

Having an accident throws you off balance, it all happens do quickly and impatient drivers make the scene distracting and dangerous.
It was nice to speak with someone who can empathize with you and listens without finding blame.

I called LibertyMutual about getting a discount for low mileage on my auto insurance. I spoke to Chris. She was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I have been with Liberty Mutual for over 50 years and will continue to stay with them. They are a great company.

Customer service, especially by Kevon Godfrey. He was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I also appreciated the quote he offered for my auto and renters' insurance.

Liberty mutual sucks. If you take your account off auto pay, they will totally hose you. They're very difficult to deal with, I WOULD ADVISE ANYBODY LOOKING FOR HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE TO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My car insurance and home insurance rates went up with progressive so I did a little shopping. Found liberty mutual’s car insurance cost far lower so decided to also quote out our camper and home. Camper came back equivalent and home came back far lower also and provided an additional discount on car insurance.
We made the switch that week. Three weeks later, I was asked to submit photos of our home. I did so I was told that due to aerial photos that they received from March (over 3 months prior) showed there was debris on our roof, They were canceling our coverage. We have a house (with an attached carport), a garage and three Barns. They’re cancellation terms were vague and frustrating, on four separate occasions, I would resubmit photos and it would seem like one or two issues would disappear, but there were always lingering issues with them claiming that there were tree branches, touching our roof of the house. This is absolutely false after the last round of resubmitted photos to show that there were no branches touching the roof, They ghosted me. I had to email repeatedly and finally spoke with a woman on the phone who told me that she did not show that our policy was being cancelled and that everything was fine. I finally received an email the day before the cancellation was supposed to take affect so tell me that yes they were indeed canceling because there are branches touching our roof (there are not). Liberty mutual home insurance is a massive waste of time, a complete bait and switch. One representative told me that it is nearly impossible to get approved for homeowners insurance based on their insane rules. My gripe is the fact that they canceled our policy due to fallacies. They lower you in with a low rate and then make it impossible to actually keep the policy. It is false advertising and a giant time suck.

They are great - at taking your money. But that's all they are good at.
Terrible communications, extremely slow to call back. If they call back. Adjuster decided that my new Honda did not need to be repaired to Honda specs, and I have to pay the difference. So I decided that for $200 they will lose my home, two cars, and one motorcycle policies. The whole claims experience has been awful from start to finish. Everything was on me - call the shop, call them - over and over and over... Called an agent to change all of my policies today and saved money on every policy. They are the worst I have ever dealt with.

I had a great team member to help me with this big decision and I’m happy to be part of your company. And I just love those commercials.

Liberty Mutual is very good at explaining any of your questions. Helps you get the best deal for your money. And my personal Libery Mutual agent Zeb is great!!

The Agent Abbey was such a great help w/ the issue we had w/the restoration co. in Ormond Beach,FL. When I told her about the dissatification w/ them she called the Restoration Co. in St Augustine. The very next day 1Restoration came out & did all the restoration smoothly. A great comfort for us.! Abbey was outstanding !!
