Librabet closed my account for no reason and stole almost all the money. Account have been closed for no reason and I don't care why but the money must be returned to the customer not stolen. They don't want me to play with them anymore.. ok, but money is paid out, not stolen. Probably the account were closed because I am a player who brings them losses and not profits. I had almost PLN 1,000 in my account and after a month of tormenting them with e-mails, they only withdraw... PLN 60 (!!!). All bookmakers licensed by Rabidi N.V. it's a scam. Stay away from them.

Although I ve read man negative comments about this betting site Im quite happy with them. I made my first withdrawal on Tuesday and after 3 days its been processed and got my winnings. 5 stars.

i deposit funds because i want to tried out bookmaker bonus. there is stated in their "terms and conditions" that after deposit you have to rollover 1x deposit, then ask livechat to credit with bonus ?

i made a bet, it was settled, then asked on livechat and what ?
they said that the administration of the site can't give ma a bonus of undisclosed reasons (i registered today) and the decision is irreversible. Never had an account there earlier, so if you have money won on this bookmaker, it is completely random if they made a withdraw to you due to "decision of administration"

if you think deposit there just don't do it - sent it to poor kids/pets or foundation, go eat outside etc.

Librabet offers big scale of sport bets what made my decision to set new account there. However once I won 10k EUR from 500 EUR, they set all my limits so low what is annoying.

1) bet limit from 2000 EUR to 500 EUR on big tournaments
2) Withdrawal limit to 500 EUR/day

No one from them cares to talk to me about it, it is as it is. So my udnerstanding is that loose money is OK and their goal then you have non-standard limits, but once you won high amount of money, they will almost disallow you to bet.

Horrible ! Absolutely scam I gave this company to police authorities! Stay away, lads!

Absolutely scam. I joined up with the 100% First Deposit Bonus and when I asked for the bonus, I got the following response: -

Been trying to withdraw since 23rd December. Still no success. Got totally messed around with the verifications then withdrawal was still refused. Apparently there was an issue that’s not their fault or the banks fault. Do you can’t withdraw to visa and now add Mastercard to that. Think I’m just gonna blitz the money so I can close the account. This is a scam, had over €300 taking from my account when I was winning and bets were rejected. I reported this and they said it was a known issue and someone would email me back I followed up with 2 emails and 2 days later still have not received a response. Also had issue receiving welcome bonus, would not recommend this site and do not believe Google for recommending this one

Wont let me withdraw my winnings because i have a bonus. they canceled my bonus because i asked to withdraw, and then they again wont let me withdraw because i had a bonus.
