I just bought an AGV SV k3 Simonchelli replica from Motorcycle UK (for a LOT cheaper than I should have. £125 instead of £169.99) but when I got home, I realized that the chin's wind deflector was broken. I sent them a quick email, not expecting to hear anything from them till tomorrow or Monday. I got an email strait back saying to send them a couple of pictures and my address and they will order one and send one to me free of charge!
I obviously can't comment on there sales online, but if they treat everything as seriously as they did this, I wouldn't be surprised that the online ordering system was as good.
