Our company is part of the global health and wellness group Healthy Stuff Online Limited and we have 15 years experience helping people identify problematic allergens via our at home tests. Our global network enables us to distribute the highest quality tests to anyone who needs them worldwide.

Still awaiting results

I mailed mine and my husbands hair samples on Sept.9 and haven’t received a response, so I “chatted” with Jake and he was very helpful, cordial and quick with answers.

Haven't submitted our tests yet. I used the live chat this evening and worked with Jake. He was very helpful. I wasn't able to open my attachments and he was able to send me the necessary barcodes.

Communication Poor Except Chat Agents

General communication on having received samples and getting timely results is very poor and I've had to chase with the chat agents a number of times. However, the chat agents are very friendly and responsive, so this is a big plus and and they are a credit to the company.

Great customer service. But had to follow up twice for status of test..finally received on 23rd so hopefully should have results early October.

Received my results and has changed my…

Received my results and has changed my meals and drinks. I was always a "few large lattes" person each day but would suffer from pains. Turns out not only am I sensitive to coffee by dairy intolerant. I have swapped to decaf green tea and added some pro bionics. No more ice cream, milk ,cheese etc... Its been a few days and I feel my pains easing so hold hope for the future weeks. Should have done this ages ago and the price was extremely good. Thank you for aiming me in the right direction.
