Good service but poor refund policy
Good service but the return system is complicated and costly. You have to apply to return and wait for it to be accepted. Then you have to print out your confirmation of purchase email. Okay if you haven’t deleted it and have a printer. Then enclose a note with the RMA number they send you. Then you pack all this and pay for a tracked return. Finally there is a £5 deduction from the refund for cost of admin borne during sale and delivery. Just be aware of this when you buy.

Thanks also for highlighting our returns process, this is all correct.
We have a very structured process to ensure an audit trail, as unfortunately like many online shops, we are being bombarded with fraudsters who are gaming the online return laws.
Regarding the fee, as we mentioned to you today, Google, Shopify, Stripe and others, all charge huge transaction fees during each online sale that we never get back from them when we process a refund.
This means we are not able to subsidise free refunds. This is all really clear in our terms and presented to every customer who starts the returns process. Free refunds are now very rare for most UK independent businesses who are seeking to remain viable due to all the challenges mentioned.
