I have no idea who or what they are, but, I do know that they are trying to take 318 dollars of my bill money!! No, I have not ordered anything from them or anything any where's near that amount, fraud, do not trust them!!!

I have previously purchased bedding from lifestyle and have always found it to be good quality and needs very little ironing. Despatched promptly and arrived when expected.

As always lifestyle has come up trumps again with a lovely double duvet cover which was given to my grandson. He loved it too. Their delivery is good & their items are excellent. Would recommend you get your bed & other stuff from this company.

I bought a crushed velvet throw/bedspread in "natural" colour. The overall size is slightly smaller than stated (but still adequate for a king sized bed) and the colour is a bit more grey/silver than expected but very nice. Both these issues are nothing to do with the retailer though and I am pleased overall with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to shop with them again.

Great quality product and service. Have ordered with them a couple of times now and both times the quality of the product has been fantastic and delivery has been fast. Highly recommend.

I received Bedding Heaven Reversible Flannelette Duvet Cover Set, Checked LOMOND Brushed Cotton Quilt Cover Set. Blue, Terracotta, Red. Single, Double, King Size. (Superking Duvet Cover, Red) from Lifestylish recently. The product itself was fine - pretty, but not the soft brushed cotton described, which was fine. I removed packaging, washed product and air dried before putting it on my bed. It wasn't until I went to bed that night that I noticed a manufacturing fault with the product; whoever was responsible for sewing the thing must have gotten bored at the last quarter, and simply failed to complete the item. Nevertheless, this was 11pm at night, so I simply decided to sew it and let the company know of the fault the next day.

Granted, I wasn't looking for a refund, necessarily - even a voucher for a £10 off my next order would do; after all, manufacturing errors happen all the time. However, I was told there was 'nothing' they could do, other than offer me a 20% partial refund if I didn't leave a 1 star review on Amazon (they didn't say anything about Trustpilot). I admitted that I thought that it was a ridiculous offer, given that they had willingly sent out a faulty product - quality assurance mustn't be an issue for Lifestylish or the manufacturers they choose to use, which says everything you need to know about them, doesn't it?

I then had to endure a mansplaining session from Marc in which he explained to a former customer service and sales manager (now award winning PR professional) how refunds and client relationships with manufactures work. There was a fun - albeit incorrect - analogy about televisions too, which was really nice and not at all patronising.

Please note - there was no word or confirmation about my refund.
I then responded that I hadn't missed the point, as Marc had so selflessly explained, and that I would have been happy with a refund for the inconvenience of not only a faulty product, but having to endure the moronic witterings of Marc the customer service agent to boot. I was then told that the company were reporting my Amazon account to Amazon and that they refused to respond to any more emails.

So, I'm going to be using any outlet possible in order to get my refund - whether this be the disgustingly meagre 20% as agreed in writing, or a full refund, just because I'm angry and don't like being spoken down to by misogynists in a role that robots are slowly taking over.

DO NOT USE this company. Mark gave no reason as to why product 4 days late (was for my godkids birthday) or when it would be delivered. Lee then suggests when I complained about poor service, I was trying to extort a good will gesture from them - what!!?

Bought a duvet set was given a 10% reduction code but unable to input code during order. Rang and spoke to Mark who apologised and said that he will make sure a refund is processed and send me an email to confirm, great, happy for it to be resolved I thought. Despite repeated phone calls and assurances no contact received. Rang again and spoke to Lee who refused to accept that the box code was not on the page and when I said that for whatever reason it really wasn't there he said I was being a hostile customer and he put the phone down on me!
Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

Everything fine, but the duvet cover I ordered was poor quality and peeled at first wash! I emailed immediately and didn't hear back.

I love my new recipe book holder. The Joseph range is excellent value and quality; looks fab and I've got a bit of a green theme going on so it looks perfect. The best thing about the design is it folds away and sits on the shelf just like a book.
Great service from lifestylish. I'd expected to wait a week but 48 hours later my recipe books all jumped for joy - no more pages glued together with the samples of my creations. Thanks!

Lee and the gang helped me to get a present for my partner at very short notice in the run up to Christmas. The service was friendly, helpful, and the gift was dispatched really quickly. Couldn't have asked for any more really.

Oh, and they were cheaper than elsewhere too!

The plates I bought from this website were on sale in my local department store at a higher price. Delivery and ordering were simple and fast. The plates were extremely well packaged and loved by the recipient.
