10/10 would recommend if it wasn't super awkward to so in casual conversation
Joe and the whole team were amazing from start to finish. They;
-Answered my numerous questions quickly and kindly
-Understood a lack of response on my part with great patience
-Explained the whole process and options available to us
-Sent timely reminders (when we were waiting on the ashes and hadn't updated them) without being pushy
-Worked with us to find times and dates that worked for us
- Produced the tree much earlier than the lead time given
- Pick up and delivery people were lovely
-Made me feel like I was actually a valued customer and that they cared what we were going through instead of hounding us for money
Plus now we have a gorgeous tree that has part of the man we loved for an unbelievably reasonable price. It is impossible to recommend memorial items, but if there were ever an appropriate situation I'd whole heartedly recommend life tree. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
