The company has no usage protocol or technical advice; nothing exists. The product may be good. It's just that they have an extraordinary sales force trying to sell everything at any cost, even if it's not needed. Which is very bad.

I received these patches as a gift for my husband, who suffers from TCE poisoning that caused severe neurological damage and blindness, and for my diastolic heart disease. They started working almost immediatly for me. A coworker has been using them for several months and we were talikng about out terrible knee pain. He gave me a two pair to try. Up front I can tell you I need both my right knee and right hip replaced now. I'm unable to take the time off to do it, so I use Tylanol and Voltaren for pain relief. The knee pain is so bad most nights, it will wake me up with intense burning. I put on a pair of the patches AT 5:30 PM,9/4/25 and within twenty minutes, I had NO PAIN ! I slept without being awakened with the usual pain unt il morning. I put the other pair on at 5:30 am and the pain has just returned as I sat down to write this review. Sadly, it looks like the cost of the patches is out of my budget at the moment, But I would recommend this to anyone suffering from joint pain. It may not help others a fast as it did me, but I weas stunned at the result. I'm a 74 year old male, who still works a 40 hour week delivering car parts, many of which weight over fifty pounds...so my knees and hips take a daily beating...Over the last five years I've tried all types of OTC releif, but these work great...I just wish I could afford them on a weekly basis...

I have been immersed in Holistic Medicine for 50 years, since 1975.
I have explored everything from Acupuncture to Zero Balancing ( A>Z) and loads in between. I am an Acupuncturist of 36 years experience. When I was introduced to these patches I was very sceptical until I found out my Acupuncture colleague's Migraines had disappeared within a week after starting x39. Previously Acupuncture, Homeopathy, Allopathic drugs even Cannabis didn’t help. So I researched it further and was astounded how effective they were in boosting people’s health. They do work faster than Acupuncture and any other system that I know ( and I have explored a lot!)

NOW HERE’S THE DOWNSIDE: There are scammers on EBay, Amazon etc replicating the x39 packages from
China!
Externally they look the same!
However the technology isn’t present in those patches!
Please be aware that ANYONE selling them on those sites are ILLEGAL sellers. Lifewave tries to track them down but it’s it easy. They are trying to stop the scam company producing them from China, as Lifewave doesn’t have a Chinese base. The best way is to contact Lifewave directly on Lifewave.com

My experience was amazing!! I had horrible arthritis pain in my joints mostly in my hands back and shoulders. The pain is now completely gone!! :)
My mom's experience is even more amazing! She is 84 now. A year ago, she also had an amazing experience. She cried every day in pain. She has bone on bone in her knees that prevented her from driving and doing everyday tasks because of the pain. When I was still reviewing the patches, a year ago, I decided to put the patch on her knees to see if they would work on her too, low and behold they did. The pain was gone in 5 minutes. BTW, she still is in need of a knee replacement but while she waits, she is not in tears crying on a daily basis! Nor is she needing painful cortisone shots. It breaks my heart to hear her cry. I will never stop using the patches! EVER!!! If you're in pain and need relief, you should try it. I'm so convinced it works I give them to people who need it to try and sample it. I love seeing the look on someone's face when they have pain one minute and it's gone the next! That just makes my heart happy.

What a joke!

11 Months in. Aged 71. RA and Osteo plus high blood pressure and under active thyroid. I was introduced by a friend as I was in so much pain and hardly walking and serious SI inflammation. Started with X39 and AEON. Three months in started on Y age trio. Within weeks my inflammation was down. I have just had hip replacement and at 8 weeks my recovery and scar are amazing. I have great energy and I do believe that these patches work. Most people want a quick fix and with years of damage etc it takes times to see good results. The science behind it is amazing and David Schmidt is an amazing inventor. I can only laugh at some of the 1 star comments and I can assure you I am not easily taken in but I do understand you help yourself with these alternative non medical patches. I have worked out how to buy and use these beyond the year.

Patches are not tested on cancer. My tumor started to grow when I used the patched. After 5 months I stopped, had another scan 5 months later guess what since I stopped patch my tumor is stable.
My dad started to patch at the same time. He had cancer removed from his hand months before patch. Guess what the cancer came back super aggressive. His doctors were perplexed as they insisted they got it all out. He's no longer patching. Met two more lady's online who both had cancer come back after patching. This is not a coincidence. They company offered me a refund for all my patches I used. Guess what they never gave me a refund and I have the email saying they would. My dad tried to cancel and the rep who signed him up re started his order. He had to put a freeze on his credit card. There's any more who had cancer come back on the patches, but reps will block them on social media. Very deceiving, showing testimonies of people being cured. Also these are addictive, when you take the patches off you have bad withdrawal symptoms. I had so much anxiety on the patches. Now that I'm off I feel better and can think straight. I was a rep but saw so many fda violations, and they hide behind zoom and signal telling you to not show to the public. Please report any adverse symptoms to the fda.

Customer Service appalling. Took money even though subscription was cancelled.

Question: Has anyone bother to ask what the ingredients are, What are the later side affects etc.

I know a lot are saying it works. I too had a positive result with one with my incontinence, but in hind sight it could of also been due to meds I had taken, strong meds.

Because if the problems I am having with them, customer service, I doubt things. As if you are dishonest in one department this means, in my opinion, you are not honest in others. We must also remember the mind is a strong tool, and each one of us, could of convinced ourselves that they work. I have tried all 4. More energy----nothing. Youth one----nothing. Now the X39 and X49 nothing.

Daily refluxes are an old souvenir. How long did it take? not sure. We tent to not realize when things go better... we take it for granted.
Those patches a true rejuvenation if you give it time.

I see raving reviews 4 those people I am happy. Not so 4 me! Not one sign of a health benefit. Way too expensive, my friends could not afford. You needed to buy more than one patch which was very expensive for me with no results. So you were spending easily $200 . I used for several months. Told would renew my youth & health but need to be on it for at least 7 months since I was in my 70’s. I was hopeful but not willing to go on seeing others were getting great results immediately. So felt not a fit for me. Several people I shared with said no because of price! The pay out plan was a total nightmare to even understand & a total turn off. I have been in other MLM’s & I could understand the plan.

I have had a good experience so far. I'm 45 years old. I've been using it for 1 week. At first I felt the energy boost. After 4 days I didn't notice the energy boost anymore. Also after a few days my skin started looking better. Clearing up acne. So far it hasn't done anything for my back pain, but it's only been a week. So it does seem to work in some way, but I don't know what it is doing. I'll report back if I notice any other positive or negative results.

Oh my gosh. I had horrible knee pain and shoulder pain. My friend told me it worked for her and I was skeptical. I purchased my patches through her. After wearing the patch for 3 weeks, my knee pain was gone and my shoulders were 85-90% better. I will continue wearing this patch.

Customer service extremely poor. Pleasant enough people but unsatisfied with resolution. I am a senior who does not spent time on internet. The insert that came in my icewave order showed specific placements for the patches. I did those recommended placements for a solid 10 days. A friend looked up placements and they were nothing like the insert. It said to place dark patch directly on pain with white patch using a clock face placement. I used this for 2 days and it seemed to work. I requested a replacement package as their directions were not proper. They simply said to go online to see proper placement. They wouldn't even remove shipping cost. I later called to cancel my X39 order that I hadn't received yet. I told this person briefly why. He didn't care about my concern simply stated my future orders are now cancelled. Maybe the product works. Maybe it doesn't but this inflexibility of their customer relations has completely turned me off of their entire operation.

Yes, these patches are very good, HOWEVER, the customer "service" (should be called customer torture) is horrible. They deceptively offer free "loyalty" packs and not only do not deliver, they charged me--and this was after haggling with them for almost two months since their first promise to send me a "free loyalty pack." Their MLM scheme means every time you connect with someone (via email, since phone service is lousy), you have to start all over again explaining your problem, and then the rep is not empowered to do anything about it, or they lie and say they will take care of it and they NEVER DO! I just got a bill for $300 for my promised "free" patches. I'm currently searching for alternatives. Like I said, great product, but what a hassle to deal with this company.

I ordered a 3 month supply initially. After 3 weeks I received an email informing me that another one month supply was sent to the warehouse to be shipped to me and I was being billed $117.29 and at this time I could not cancel or modify the order. What a scam! I got the 3 month supply to give an honest evaluation of the product before I decide whether to order more. Now i'm inclined to cancel completely due to these deceptive practices. I attempted to contact customer service but they aren't open on weekends and the email address is bogus and my email was returned as undeliverable. Buyer beware!

The patches have been a godsend. The company customer service people answer the phone quickly and are very helpful. I recommend this company and its products to anyone who wants better health!
