We 6 months ago started hunting for lights for our living room and outside wall lights. We hunted everywhere from high street stores to small independent stores and on the internet too but found nothing until we went to Gabrielli’s in Stourbridge. We looked in their show room and we met the owners who are absolutely wonderful and they both certainly have their lights switched on when it comes to knowledge of lighting up a home. We found the perfect lights and they were in our price bracket (as they do accommodate lights for all sizes of homes and wallets) and non of these had we seen anywhere else which made them even more unique for us. We also had after sales advice from them to which is very reassuring and there was a little glitch with one of the lights which they quickly resolved for us .
Thank you so much. We love our lights on or off , they are absolutely perfect. We will be back for bedroom lights next.

Stay away- from reading previous reviews this business has not changed their attitude! Recently purchased a light that was faulty- after reporting this they ended by calling me a liar! If there is anything wrong with the product they have sold you then forget any kind of customer service - it doesn’t exist! They have a “plaster for every sore”. Stay away.

Super. Ordered a lovely bathroom light. Advised me what to buy and not to. Perfect service. Spot on.

Sadly my experience mirrors that of previous reviewers. Lights which in my opinion and that of highly competent electricians were not fit for purpose and nobody to talk to, because they refuse to, and emails from “Customer Services” which just kept telling me nobody else had ever complained and essentially told me that I was the one at fault.

Maybe I am and maybe I’m not but without someone to talk to the emails were just going round in circles.

How I wish I had thought to go to Trustpilot before I bought!

I’ve done 14 building projects over the last 15 years. They won’t see another penny from me.

Ordered a light on 25th August no response what so ever, only get a message to email my query. sent an email and they responded by saying.:- We advise that we shall endeavour to respond promptly. - There may be times when our response is delayed due to high demand but we will always try to deal with each enquiry as soon as possible. Have sent an e-mail back and got exactly the same response obviously a generic email and no one is looking at them.

I purchased two lampshades. They came quickly but were not suitable. When I emailed to see if I could return I have had no response. There was no paperwork attached with an option to return. Really wish I’d looked at the reviews before I’d made my purchase. Really poor experience.

In August I returned a floor lamp to Gabrielli at a cost to myself of £21 postage. They failed to refund me the £190.31 and after 6 weeks I contacted them and they said they'd filed the paperwork instead of refunding me. You cannot talk to their Accounts Department but only email them - they don't respond to emails. Eventually I spoke with the Sales Department and received a refund of £182.31 on 13th October, which was £8 short. I called them again and was assured that the refund would be made that day, it wasn't . I called again today and still await the £8 outstanding. Gabrielli are an inefficient and dishonest company.

Zero stars to match a zero level of service

Their product was nice but damaged. They have refused me a return (without even allowing me to discuss over the phone) as Im outside of their strict 48 hours terms... and they accused me of causing the damage.
I have called 12 Times! Left 3 messages, Emailed 3 times.
And I've now be palmed off with an email.
We spend thousands of £s on lighting products each year for our clients. Guess who'll be missing out!??

Spend your money elsewhere

Really poor after sales. Make sure you read all the terms and conditions before you buy. The goods were unsuitable (looked nowhere near as good as the pictures) and I wanted to return. Just sent a label - returns don't take calls but it's your responsibility to arrange a courier etc and there is a limited time to do this ( so if you work full time, or away from your home as I do....) and make sure they have the goods
Really curt unhelpful response when I eventually spoke to someone in sales. I truly would not bother - pay a bit more and choose a reputable supplier (I had to return some damaged handles to another company, labels provided, clear instructions of how to return and for a minimal cost)

Disgraceful after sales service! It took 4 e mails and 2 telephone calls to even get a response and then a very unsatisfactory one. I will not be using this company again. If i could give zero stars i would!

My outside lights are not water tight and condensation is getting into the fittings. I have contacted Gabrielli 12 times asking for them to resolve. They refuse to accept it is the fault of the units and blame the electrician that fitted them for me.
I have requested on many occasions a copy of the fitting instructions, so I can see where the advice to seal around the base is given, but they have not furnished me with it for some reason!

The light was as described but once we held it up in the room we realised it was too big, once we got around to sending it back we were told we cant as it had been more than 14 days now we are out of pocket by £60, not happy at all

Used them several times over the last 3 years. Products were delivered quickly and well packaged. Staff on the phone were helpful when I needed advice. Would use again.

Chose my lights ordered them, great price and delivered quick. Definitely use this company again. Easy to use and great products.
