I made an order and needed to change the address. I also had been gifted a £20 discount on my order that I was unable to claim at checkout. Within 48 hours of contacting them, they amended the delivery address and refunded the discount into my account. 10/10 customer service.

Whilst the online ordering was straightforward and communication from the retailer good I cannot say the same for the delivery company (FedEx). I was given a delivery date of 6th December. It didn’t arrive and the tracker says it is still at the depot (7th December) despite the fact that the delivery date is still showing as 6th December. No emails or messages have been received today there is a delay or when the revised delivery is due to be made.

Really impressed with Lighting Direct. I ordered the bulbs at 6pm on a Thursday & they were with me less than 24 hours later! All the packaging was recyclable too. I definitely recommend this company & I will be using them again.

They sent one flood light which was damaged. I contacted them and they issued another one a few days later. The second one was even more damaged then the first one. Im unable to initiate a return as the first one shows as returned. After I've send 4 emails to get a refund I have not had a single reply and now lost the money I paid.

Great products . Team kept us informed of all stages from buying to delivery. Well packaged to protect the items . Would definitely recommend !

Took my money when I ordered and THEN told me they weren't in stock. Two weeks later half the order has been sent but I want a refund for the other half.....

Very poor experience. I paid £7.99 for delivery that was meant to arrive by 17 November—nothing arrived. After emailing, they said it would come by the 24th—still no delivery. I sent three further emails with no response.

I then received an email from their sister company saying the item was actually out of stock and wouldn’t be available until around 19 January. This was only communicated after I chased multiple times.

I’ve now requested a refund or a different product and am still getting no reply from either of the companies. Extremely disappointing service.

Fast delivery perfect description of item great price

Super quick delivery and lights were exactly as described. Very straightforward to install and the magnetised unit will make it simple to change batteries when required.

Have received only one of two lamps. No explanation given so I contacted the company who said I would receive the second one in the third week of November. It’s now the 2nd of December and I’ve still not received anything so I contacted them again. They’re saying now that it will be delivered sometime in January. Annoying that you have to chase them and I really don’t have any faith in the second one turning up. I’d much prefer to send back the one of the pair that I’ve got and buy the pair elsewhere.
