Good customer service

Customer service was highly remarkable, and easy to deal with. Regards with my order, the flashlight workmanship is very high in quality including material used. Price is reasonable and affordable. About the shipping, it took only 2 weeks to deliver the package to my front door, from China to US address and into my FPO address. Item was sent same day I ordered and that is the secret my friend. I highly recommend this seller to everyone.

Very bad experience

Hello,

I wanted to share with you an unfortunate online purchasing experience I recently had. I received a damaged product; a helmet I had bought as a Christmas gift for my son. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, they told me that I needed to return the item and would have to advance the shipping costs. They assured me that they would reimburse both the cost of the product and the shipping.

Trusting, I proceeded to return the product to China. To my great surprise and disappointment, after the return, not only did I not receive any reimbursement, but also lost all contact with the company.

After all, losing the product was hard enough, but I also lost my money and on top of that had to bear the additional return costs. It's sad to say, but I feel completely scammed.

I share this experience to warn and advise you to take precautions if you find yourself in a similar situation with this type of online business.

Terrible ordered my son a helmet for Christmas paid extra for delivery never came till after then when it came it was cracked they tried to give me a 3.16p refund for a broken helmet!! Now say I have to pay to return con con scam don’t use

Ordered a helmet for my sons birthday, paid extra for delivery the order was well past delivery date and my sons birthday, then tried to return the item as I had to but another helmet and now trying to be charged shipping cost, worse company every stay well away

I ordered four 8-cell (9.6v) 1800 mAh NMh battery packs. They are useless. They get hot at only 200mAh charge, false-peaking continually. After coaxing 1800 mA into them, the best they can deliver after several cycles is 500 mA for an hour. Obviously their internal resistance is way too high; these are crapped-out NMh cells, don't waste your time or money.

Good price and delivery within the suggested time. But I was trying to order it from Switzerland and it wasn’t clear that it was coming from China until it was ordered.

I ordered something which has not been delivered despite tracking showing reached my city 3 weeks ago, but no further tracking info available and no delivery so far.

Battery failed after first use

Battery failed after first use. Was told to buy a new charger, even though the video I had to make for them showed a different battery charging using my current charger. The battey failed simple as. Would I really waste my time trying to con someone into sending another battery? I will now however happily spend time telling people to avoid them.

Terrible customer service when I told them on the same day of arrival that the torch wasn't working properly. In comparison with my original (same model) and genuine model it was clear its cheap quality and obviously a copy
