Great to do business with. Well packaged. Great communication. For free shipping it was very fast and easy to track.

Despite having ordered & paid for a torch in excess of £100 a couple of weeks ago, they still haven't shipped it & keep sending me an automated reply when asking for a refund. Don't trust or order from them & look elsewhere to buy your item!

I got a second one because the first delivery was failed.
I hope the lamp lasts a long time.

Good little flashlight for your keychain but not worth the price at all. $ 10-15 would be a good price ...

All good, ordered head torch for almost half the price in the UK, shipped from China, arrived in 5 days. Would buy from them again.

Fast post to UK with no additional fees. Great torch / flashlight Klarus XT2CRPro and excellent customer services. I had an issue that they sorted out via email with a quick response. Very happy and would use again.

Item broke before I even attached it to my bike. I sent pictures and videos as per their requst. They offered to fix it (not replace it or refund it) but I would have to pay to post it back to them.

Zero customer service I recently ordered a dive torch and mistakenly ordered unprotected batteries as they were the same price as the protected ones I clicked on the wrong product.

Within minutes when I realised my mistake I emailed them and have received no reply whatsoever

Was initially hesitant to buy off of Lightmalls since it's an overseas company (I'm in AU), but fears were alleviated when I got quick turnaround on questions to their Customer Support team.

Ordered from them on 3 September and received the device on 19 September.

The minor problem I did have was the pricing was a bit confusing. On the checkout page, there were 2 different prices showing up and it was not clear to me that the first one was in USD while the other was in AUD. The surcharge from PayPal was also not shown. It was still relatively cheaper than buying retail.

Overall experience was good, tracking numbers were provided and I saw regular updates on where the package was. Would definitely buy from them again in the future.

really bad service we buy 4 touch(200 and plus euro) all four doesn’t work we ask refound and they send us a coupon of 20 dollar and they said if all four it’s like this it’s normal the product it’s like this really? You sell broken item...ridiculous...it’s not finish yet we pay more for fast delivery in 5 day need to delivery he take 1 mounts for delivery and they said it’s not our mistake sorry the logistic company delay ok agree but lightmall take the money

Great service throughout, we had a problem with parcel not been delivered after confirming the delivery company had lost the parcel, after lightmalls had confirmed what had happened to the first parcel without contacting me and without hesitation they had started to process another parcel to be sent out. Second parcel has arrived. Batteries have been charged and used with great success. Great batteries more power than originals
Great customer services good easy to view website with reasonably priced goods for sale. I will use again give them a go.

Just bought ARCHON DH40 there. Delivered within 20 days to Russia. I chose a free delivery option. The only disadvantage - parcel tracking doesn't work in Russia, but I wrote to support and they actually helped me to understand where is my parcel. I would definitely recommend buying here.

Battery pack works as expected. It doesn't hold a charge very long and needs to be recharged often. Also the connecting pins are loose which requires a bit of dexterity to get the charger connected properly. Other than that it works fine. We'll see how long it lasts.
