Order was placed at the beginning of Oct they continue to say the order has shipped with no other info, the tracking number provided just says it was printed. When placing the order it states you will get the order in 8-15 days.... They refuse to communicate anything, and trying to get the order canceled and refunded is be coming a nightmare!
SCAM! Ordered a pair of light fixtures, received a confirmation email that day......then NOTHING. No further communications, no lights, no response to my emails or contact messages on their website, just nothing. Well, not completely nothing - they did charge my credit card. What good ever comes out of china? Stay away from Lightsilo.com.
Ordered a light from this company, it took weeks to arrive and when it finally did the packaging was horrendous literally just bits of polystyrene Whig was falling to pieces and brown tape. On top of that the light fitting I ordered was wrong! I have since contacted them several times but they won’t respond. Avoid this company!!
They did send the wrong lamp => 25 cm instead of 30 cm and refuse to correct this. After several mails they just stopped reacting on mails. Conclusion : wrong lamp, lost 150 euro, never again this company.
I feel aggrieved to even put one star. I found this site whilst looking for wall lights. They had a huge array of styles and offered different finishes.
They claim shipping is free and included in the price. However, having received my light which was very badly packaged and damaged. Also it was NOT the finish I had ordered. To add insult to injury I got a text from FedEx who delivered the parcel, requesting payment for the tax/duties on the goods.
When I went back and searched the site for details on shipping it was hidden away, sometimes there are spot checks and some parcels are subject to tex/duties.
I should have checked this company before ordering but found nothing on Trust pilot so hope this helps other customers who may fall fowl of this company based in China. I have contacted them but have heard nothing.
