Rude bullies …
Rude bullies …. Yesterday I was loading some office furniture at East Sheen, your representatives in vehicle LX68OCH, double parked in front of a loading bay in which I was parked to load the furniture - this took me 5 minutes. They saw me enter the vehicle but picked up a roll of carpet and walked away, my colleague who had helped me load asked them politely if they could move their vehicle so that we could leave the loading bay. They said it was not possible and walked away. After about 10 minutes they returned and collected another roll. I asked politely again if they would just pull forward of back a metre so that I could get the car out. Again they declined saying its is not possible, when I asked why not they said “you should not have parked in the only loading bay.” They were extremely rude and left me parked in. As I was loading furniture to clear an office my use of the parking bay was completely legitimate and we were polite with your representatives
