I am writing this review to warn other players.

I played at Lilibet using a bonus. During the bonus period, the casino allowed me to purchase bonus features (bonus buys) without any warning, restriction, or error message.
At no point was I blocked by the system, and the wagering requirements were completed successfully. My account was fully verified (KYC approved).

Only after requesting a withdrawal did the casino manually review the account and remove the entire balance, stating that bonus buys are not allowed.

This is extremely misleading and unfair practice:

• The system allows bonus buys to be placed
• No warning or restriction is shown to the player
• Winnings are displayed as valid
• Wagering is marked as completed
• Withdrawal is accepted
• Only then are all winnings confiscated

Other casinos clearly block bonus buys during active bonuses. Lilibet does not — and then uses the terms retroactively to void all winnings.

This is not about trying to abuse bonuses. This is about a casino allowing gameplay and then punishing the player afterwards.

Players should be aware that even if the site lets you play, win, and complete wagering, your balance can still be removed later.

Its a scam,.me and.my friend tried their promotion with 1000$ free bonus offer, we ALL won over 100 000 each.
They ask for 100$ deposit to withdraw the money, their registered number for the company is no.longuer valid as of october 2024, i verified and its not under the same company name.

Slow customer service - and when you ask for (lets say a self-exclusion) they basically drag the response time so that it´s a higher chance of you depositing more. They are not taking care of their gamblers best interests - STAY AWAY.

I tried to self-exclude and was told since i´m a VIP (lucky me) they couldn´t do anything in the live chat - and had to send it to their VIP team.. just for a self-exclusion... it basically took 1 whole day to get the exclusion through, when other casinos are quick (and often let you do it yourself in settings)

Very high hidden fees on deposit. Deposits at times very slow to process, when asked to cancel such a deposit they simply said no. No button to self exclude, they require you to email them for self exclusion or limit setting. Aggressive marketing with text messages and calls.
