The reviews speak for themselves

The reviews speak for themselves. Absolutely horrendous company. Ordered a badge in January for my daughters 5th birthday. Granted I did email to ask whether I could put a hold on my order until closer to her birthday (April) which they completely agreed to and just asked me to message closer to the date. Contacted the company mid March to proceed, advised multiple times my order had been sent and assured I would receive the item in time for my daughters birthday party. We’re now in May, I’ve been completely ignored by this woman. It’s absolutely disgusting to quite literally take people’s money and create complete lies about the order. My daughter was extremely disappointed. I’m still to this day attempting to get a refund via my payment method. Theif behaviour. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER.

Terrible customer service/No item received

Terrible service. Ordered a birthday badge required for April 1st in January.
Have now emailed at least 5 times, seller not responding and I haven’t received item. False promises of ‘will be with you by certain dates’
Still not arrived. I have asked for refund, no response.
Awful customer service!!

Poor poor service

Poor poor service. I have ordered several items, 4 sets of ears and 4 bows, the turn around is supposedly 12 days, we’re now on 5 days weeks. I have messaged the woman multiple times on Instagram, polite at first, then I asked that she stop ignoring my messages. she has responded once to say the delivery would be with me in 2 days, I have not received an email to say my order has been shipped nor have I received my parcel, and this was over a week ago.
Again, I have sent messages for 4 days and no response, only now I have started leaving public comments on her social media am I getting a response

It is a good job our holiday to Disney isn’t anytime soon, I am already annoyed, but imagine a customer’s holiday was coming up and a delay like this with no communication is very disappointing

I’ve left public comments on her social media so others can see but she is now deleting them, I wonder what other customers have said previously that new customers can’t see

Do not recommend ordering from this shop with poor service

Order never arrived

Ordered in September was told the order was despatched at the end of October. Order still hadn't arrived in middle of November. My messages was ignored and my order never arrived. Highly disappointing would not recommend!

Delivery at a snails pace and low quality items

Ordered a birthday badge and several hair clips/disney ears. The badge is beautifully made but the rest is low quality and I wouldn’t recommend, I don’t think I’ll even use it (not really as advertised).

Took a long time (3+weeks) for delivery since being ‘posted’, no tracking available. I challenged the seller, and only once I’d complained and left negative feedback did it actually come. Seller didn’t hold herself accountable or really properly apologise, or compensate, poor customer service.

Despite eventually getting my products I would advise others to stay clear.
