NO REFUND, Extra charges applied on my card
The poorest service ever!!!
They have charged money from my card when I placed the order, but after a month (!) they cancelled the order without any notice. I sent them at least 10 emails but no reply back. I was never refunded for one order, which is over 170eur.
For another order they refunded some money. However, they applied some non-disclosed charges which were never mentioned on their website, T&C or at the checkout. This is ILLEGAL!
I will give them one more week to handle this mess or I will contact their CEO and will report them to the German Authorities

Inexistent customer service
Afer returning an item a month ago, and emailing them 3 times in between, I am yet to receive an update on my case, let alone the refund I requested. Customer service is definitely not existent!
I do not recommend buying from them, considering that someties their price is even more expensive than on the branded site directly!

Good experience ended in 2017 with Limango
I was a happy Limango user. I think I stopped buying from it since they changed the way to charge from user's Bankkonto(maybe around 2017).
Now I bought somethings again because certain articles have really good price. My order was split into 2 without me knowing it in advance. And it seems for each of these 2 orders, if I want to return something I would have to pay 4.95euro as returning cost separately!
Well, I realize the reason again why I didn't buy at Limango the last 2-3 years. I would prefer to have maybe a slightly higher price, but no such extra undergoing cost.
I will go back to my other online Stores again...
