Really good
I recently ordered some timber For woodturning from Lincolnshire Woodcraft Supplies in Stamford. Robin the proprietor went out of his way to select some really good bowl blanks for me. The website was easy to use with a choice of credit cards or good old PayPal. All in all a good service and I shall definitely use them again.

unbelievable!
This company is just not set up for on-line selling. You do not get an email acknowledgement for your purchase, he relies on PayPal to obtain your address - which may not be where you would like it sent. On my first occasion buying from them I sat there confused wondering if my order had even been recorded! The second occasion I discovered that my order would not go through due to a website problem, I tried over a few days and eventually phoned in my order. I explained that the site was not working but the guy just laughed and said that he didn't understand web sites. The wood I ordered turned up and was not what I had ordered, the response to my complaint was a refusal to accept that he had sold me the item at all.
