Declining Quality
For the past 4 years I have bought all my bed clothes with LinenBundle, the products back then were really good quality.
I noticed from a few purchases in 2025 and also the last one that the quality is very low now.
A couple of pillowcases are awful and the stitches dont match and they really bad on the skin.
Notice that these are the same type I bought 4 years ago.

I’ve bought 2 sets of bed linen from you in the past and have been absolutely delighted. I’ve just received a king size plain white duvet, fitted sheet and pillowcases, that were in an amazing sale.
Obviously know why now… the quality is not the same standard as previously.
Not sure if they were really old stock before you got the quality right? But really disappointed.

Sorry to hear this. I have just checked your order and the difference is that your most recent order was for Percale sheets (Your original order a few years back was our Sateen range).
These sheets will feel very different to one another with the Sateen being a smoother and softer sheet compared to the Percale you purchased from our clearance sale.

No customer service at all.
I have had two bundles of cream bedding over the past 4 years. On both duvet covers the buttons fall off. When busy, there is not always time to sew them back on and some have been lost. I politely wondered if they had any replacement buttons, but was totally ignored when using both their 'contact us' part of the website and their email. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Remarkably poor customer service. No excuse for it!
I have had sets of cheap bargain bedding in the past and no buttons have gone missing, so this seems to be a quality control issue. No matter, I will buy replacement buttons but will NEVER purchase from Linen Bundle or it affiliated companies again. Service and manners matter. Beware.

A little underwhelmed with my purchase…
A little underwhelmed with my purchase based on my previous purchase.
The free pillows were basic - fine but what I would purchase in Penneys.
The linen was nice quality.
Missed the nice Linen Bundle bag the last set came in - it was useful for storing the linen.
Not bad, not great but exceptional value in the sale.
