I had ordered 2 cushion covers.
The good thing: they arrived in a matter of days.
The bad thing: one if the covers is extremely cheap quality... the colours are much more faded than in the photo and the material is extremely flimsy.
I won't be buying from Linenconnections again !

I ordered the green monket quilt cover set for myself and was really impressed. The cotton feels breathable and light — ideal for warm Australian nights. The hand-print adds character without being too loud, and it washes really well too. Great balance of beauty and function. Sash helped me with quick shipping and ensured a 100% customer service.

I tried to write a Google review so more people wouldn't be caught out - this function seems to be disabled -I wonder why?
I bought a quilt from this company. When it eventually arrived, it was very poor quality, and not the colour in the picture (it was a tacky bright blue rather than the soft turquoise I wanted). When I emailed, Nameet tried to talk me out of my opinion, over several emails, then eventually agreed to refund if I send it back at my cost (not a small cost as I'm in NZ). He's now claiming the product hasn't arrived. Don't purchase from this company.
Update: after this review was received, I received a refund. I still would not recommend this store.

The quilt I received wasn't quite the colour I wanted so I contacted the company to discuss. The response was almost instant and the issue was promptly resolved. Sweta was fabulous - she suggested a number of alternatives which were the colour I wanted. Return postage was free and I received a discount on the replacement quilt. Great service!

I would like to change my recent review because although it took a while, linen connections contacted me and gave me a full refund amd I did not have to return the garment.

My product was delayed but I contacted the company and they were most helpful and quick to respond . The vision covers were good quality and I am very happy with them .

Placed an order 6wks ago. Still havent recieved!!!! On 8th APRIL I recieved an email claiming my order was sent???? On 10Th APRIL I recieved an email rom company apologising for the delay in receiving my item !!!! WHAT THE ????
ON 7thMAY I recieved an email from the company requesting a review on the product i ordered ???? WHAT PRODUCT??? I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED IT!!!
I have requested a refund , no response from them !!!

When my order arrived, one product was missing. I would have expected an email or a note with the delivery, but nothing. On enquiry, I was told the stock hadn’t arrived and was then asked to choose an alternative product. Don’t be deceived by the short versions shown on the website as I’ve learnt they don’t exist.

After seeing their Instagram ads I googled the company and read through these bad reviews but placed an order anyway, expecting a similar negative experience but hoping for the best.

They must be really trying to lift their game as I received an email within three days saying that they had sent my order but unfortunately one of my two sarongs I had ordered was a design from damaged stock but they had replaced it was a similar design and thrown in a third sarong as a gesture of goodwill.

Being in regional Australia I received these sarongs in a bit over a week and they are all gorgeous and in beautiful condition.

For such a fabulous price too I would buy again !

I actually had a very positive experience. They persisted several times to call me ( I was away) to inform they didn’t have the item I’d wanted and took time to explain what other options were available. A free item was offered, which rarely happens with online shopping.The items I chose were shipped to Perth quickly - I am about to order again

Ive had a look at the other reviews and they are the same as mine. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY GIVE YOU THE WRONG PRODUCT AND REFUSE TO HELP.

Terrible decision to purchase from this company! Sent item that is completely different from what I ordered & have not replied to any of my messages to try & rectify the problem. Do not purchase from this company!!!

Carefully ordered 3 items matched as gifts for special people, spent considerable time on extensive website. Not one item arrived as ordered! No apology, no explanation. Contacted Linen Connections to request that they fix error, they were evasive and unhelpful, no resolution.
Also, quality lower than expected.
Don't purchase from Linnen Connections if you care about what you order.
Just don't bother.

What went wrong - wrong order, wrong product … did not look anything like what I ordered. I am in NZ so they wouldn’t post back but offered a half refund and I keep the product I didn’t want!
Still waiting for the refund after two months. I wish I had read the reviews first! DO NOT PURCHASE OFF THESE PEOPLE - THEY DO NOT CARE!

Advertising and taking orders for items they clearly don’t have. I had 2 separate orders which they mixed up. One received the other not. Making excuses why delivery taking so long. Emailing to say they have refunded but money not deposited into account. Not responding to emails when questioning this. I would never purchase from them again.

Very disappointed. Got an email from the company stating that my parcel was on the way. Post office still awaiting parcel.
Emailed company said they are looking into it but no update. Just ordered from another Australian company today and it’s on its way with tracking. Frustrating

Over 4 weeks after payment with no order confirmation sent, no help or follow up on tracking, I finally received the gift I ordered, which is a floral kimono. The product is good, but my experience wondering if I’d been scammed was intense! I’d given up and I’m very disappointed with the company.

Bought a beautiful Kantha quilt and in a separate transaction a velvet cushion cover. Have received both. I had an issue with the cushion delivery time and emailed them. They answered very promptly and were really easy to deal with. They’re definitely not a scam and the items are well made and beautiful. Fair delivery time, the cushion took a little longer.

Purchased a few items as gifts from Linen Connections. Beautiful kimono was delivered to me quickly, seems super high quality too. Also got a few cushions and they're gorg and also well made.
Definitely will be ordering again

Ordered white floral pyjamas with black trim. What arrived was a horrible muddy brown colour with same colour trim. The top was so long (size S) it almost reached my knees
Awful quality fabric.
All attempts to contact the company fail. Left messages on phone. Emails not answered.
The glowing reviews on the
company website are in sharp contrast to the real reviews on this site.
I am reporting this company to Fair Trading and I hope more people who have suffered this conduct will do the same. They need to be eliminated.
