Ordered king size duvet in cover delivery was fine. I have used it for nearly a week and am impressed with the feel and quality of the product, you have to be trying hard to get this quality. Excellent quality product (mattress topper). I didn’t think my Emma mattress could be bettered but this has made it even comfier. Superb customer service and delivered by DPD. So I had no worries about it not being delivered on time. I will always use The Linen Cupboard from now on for all my bedding needs. Sorry John Lewis and M&S but you are no longer required.

Bespoke linen and fantastic customer service
We have an awkward size of bed: a small superking which fits perfectly in our space but for which it is a nightmare to find the right bed linen. Fortunately, Linen Cupboard caters for this, making bespoke sizes.
We ordered a mattress topper, a 400 thread count sheet and a mattress protector. Only one of these didn’t work out for us for various reasons. The mattress topper was super comfortable. When we asked to return the protector which was warmer than we expected, we were given an immediate, prompt refund.
Shout out to Selena in customer service, who has been super helpful and just plain nice.
Will definitely be using this company again- and again. Thank you Linen Cupboard, you’ve been impressive.

Good Company
I came across this company online whilst browsing for oversized pillowcases for my new pillows. Disappointed that you couldn't get Oxford style pillowcases in oversized. Did leave a message on their answerphone but nobody got back to me. I then realised I could have had custom made ones by them. The delivery service/time was excellent. Ordered on BH Monday and they arrived 2 days later. The undercases are fabulous and so cute with the zip fastening. The actual pillowcases were very thin for 400TC Egyptian cotton but I kept them anyway. The sizing is good and fit my Ayela foamo pillows perfectly. I would buy from them again.

I love the bedding. The coolmax sheets and mattress covers made to order are excellent and I love the fact that they have labels on so that I can't get them mixed up with other bedding. Contact has been good and delivery seamless
