Unfortunately 2 of my linen curtains…

Unfortunately 2 of my linen curtains was completely ruined after dry cleaning as per their instructions. I’ve been a customer for many years and never had this problems before. The quality are not what you expect for the price, and customer service refuses to correct the problem and send replacement as per my warranty. For this reason I cannot recommend buying from them anymore. :-(

We first wanted to thank you for your loyalty and trust in buying LinenMe products multiple times - we always aim for the highest quality in our products and services.

We are also sorry to hear that the curtain that you bought last summer (6+ months ago) was ruined as a consequence of cleaning it. As per instructions, we advise our clients to wash the curtains with metal rings at dry cleaning, unlike for the other curtains that we have - exactly for the reason that the metal rings can break off when washing in the washing machine.

As we understand, you followed the instructions and used dry cleaning service. In your case, we advise asking for a compensation from the dry cleaning service as it's their duty to return items clean and unbroken. If you share with us the contact details of the company, we are also happy to contact them to help facilitate the conversation.

Sorry again for hearing that the curtain was ruined, and we hope we can find a solution with the dry cleaning service.

Mona Jensen: short linen jacket 'Tokyo - beautiful!!

I ordered a short linen jacket 'Tokyo' on 14.3. It arrived from Lithuania on 20.3.2025, and I must say that it was a very positive experience to open the nice linen bag the jacket arrived in. The color is beautiful, the linen is delicious, the model is fine and it is incredibly beautifully processed - the jacket is truly a pleasure to wear and to look at! This is definitely not the last time I buy from LinenMe. I was also very happy with the quick and friendly responses I received to my inquiries to the service department.

Happy, happy
Purchased 2 meters linen fabric for a project and I could not be happier with the product.
The linen is thick and has an heirloom quality. The colors are exactly as on the website. Much care has been taken with the packaging as well (triple bagged) and I received the package in a very timely manner. I cannot recommend Linenme enough and I will surely be back!

Happy Customer

I purchased linen pillowcases to help my skin condition. Very happy with the quality product. The company has high standards and ethos.

Nice personal touch when I recieved the product. No usual box to bother with or recycle, instead a nice little reusable linen bag - how cute!

Great customer service and beautiful products

Living in the UK and ordering from a supplier outside the EU when the company is based here in the UK - that's never going to run super smoothly at Christmas time, is it? Having ordered on 15/12 we didn't expect to see the items before Christmas as the tablecloth was marked 'made to order' so we added two weeks to the expectation (or perhaps a split consignment). Instead everything arrived together on 28/12, from Lithuania, which we thought was excellent. The website's a bit clunky but it works and tells you what you need to know, except for the import taxation part. This is where their customer service really excelled and I have to say, I was not expecting a full refund of the UPS invoice amount, but that's what I got. Replies to emails were prompt and helpful from Justina. I wish this company every success and would definitely use again. The table linen is beautiful and you also receive a loyalty discount added to your account for your next purchase - again an unexpected bonus! Half a star deducted as the website information and functionality could be better, but otherwise a great customer experience! Thank you Justina.

Awful rip off company

Needed to return items, and was told it'd cost £8.99 to return to Lithuania. Nowhere mentioned in the T&C that you have to return to a non-UK address at double the normal cost. Cost me £20 for delivery to me/return delivery, for two cushion covers weighing nothing, for a company based in the UK. Total rip off.

Same as per another customer review, I told them they need to flag this up. But still nothing has changed in the T&C.

Will be reporting this company to trading standards.

Edited 22 Jan 2023, after LinenMe tried to get my review removed today. N.B. this may be a Danish website but it is a UK based company, as per the company details on the website contact page - they are based in Woking, Surrey. The phone number on this Trustpilot page is a UK phone number.

The reply from LinenMe of 25 Nov 2022 states they offer free returns. This is not true. In addition, they say “returns only for products which are damaged”. This is not in accordance with UK law for online selling, nor stated in the T&C. And indeed, I was refunded for non-faulty goods, - the problem is the excessive postage charge to a non-UK address.

No package - Very dissatisfied

Update: I finally got the package after a lot of time spent contacting transport company

My mother ordered some curtains at your webshop as a present for me. I was looking very much forward to receive them. On the 14. of september Linenme sent an email saying they were shipped. No message about pickup occured. On the 21. of september I used the tracking number to locate the package. I could see it had been delivered to a pick up shop, but we have not gotten the message with the relevant information to pick up the package. In addition it was also delivered to a wrong pick up shop, I could live with that however, if only I could pick up the package. Now I think it is just about to be returned to sender, and that is very annoying. I contacted Linenme 23/9 and 28/9 but the issue was only solved after several contacts with the transport company delivering in Denmark.

unfriendly refund process

Bought the sea foam linen fitted sheet and it was BEAUTIFUL. However...the delivery took a long time and it was VERY expensive - I understand that it was made to order from Lithuania, but I don't expect the shipping to be £8.99!
After deciding to send back (it was a gift and wasn't suitable), I found out the returns process was so awkward and unfriendly! It was UPS and when I received the documents to take to my local UPS drop off point, they told me I needed more copies of the documents and I didn't know this...I also don't have a printer so it made this very difficult for me.
However, customer service were quite prompt at responding and did tell me I could have a refund even though it is now past the refund policy (because of all this) - so that was comforting.

Overall, lovely product - but the return process just needs to be more consumer-friendly.

Simply Amazing!!!

Great service, great quality and dreamy linen curtains! Justina, the customer manager, was really helpful and even speed up my order so I would get it on time for my event. I could not have been more happy with my purchase. I ordered white linen curtains 3 meters length and just arranged them on the big windows and I must say they look absolutely magnificent! So simplistic and perfect! Wonderful white linen! Very well made! Thank you!!! 🙏🏻
