Pleased with my purchase
I ordered a the Phoenix dress in dark green from Linennaive and couldn’t have been more pleased! The dress fits like a glove (size small) and I wear it to church frequently and always get many compliments on it. The shipping did take about a month, but I had expected that and in my opinion the dress was completely worth the wait. Overall I’m completely happy with my purchase and will be buying from them again!
DO NOT BUY! FABRIC RIPS!
I bought the Crystal 17 dress. It looks beautiful and fits me well, it instantly became my favorite new dress. UNTIL a seam ripped on the 2nd time wearing it only around the house for a little while. My dress is not too tight, even a little loose, so that's not it. I immediately took it off and started inspecting, and the fabric is freying away from all the seams. There's nothing I can do to repair or prevent it, because it's just the weakness of the fabric that's the problem. It's so loosely woven it won't survive more than 5 wears or so, fabric's not fit to make clothes out of! DO NOT BUY. I'll never buy from them again.
Buttons came off without even wearing…
Buttons came off without even wearing it. Both pockets had holes in them within a week and generally, while everything else fits, the bust size is wrong. Return was only possible if i paid expensively since the coat is heavy and exchange wasnt possible due to the other sizes being out of stock. For a 215€ coat i really expected better. Do NOT recommend.

I have ordered twice now from Linennaive and both times the product was outstanding. Beautiful design and light enough for my Texas weather. I’ve laundered all of my items and they have held up well. The most recent item was for a holiday dress, and it took awhile to show up. But they answered my emails and told me why the delay had occurred. The dress arrived in time and it is exactly as promised. I think they have taken past review into account and have really stepped up.

Such a scam
Ordered the Bergamote 20 dress in april, to wear at a wedding set for the 7th july. Not only it arrived on the 4th july, after having basically no information on when the package would arrive after the standard shipping days written on the site had passed, but also the first time I tried it on I noticed the zipper seemed very low quality and a bit detective - and indeed, when I tried to close it it broke.
This brand is a scam.

Ordered a dress. It didnt fit. Had to pay £30 to send it back to China for a return. They sent me another dress based on measurements I provided. It didn't fit. I tried to get in contact to send it back. They said they returned contact, which they didnt. Now they tell me there is nothing they can do. AVOID THIS COMPANY. The dresses are poor quality chinese rubbish. Do not give them your money!
Great quality and transparent communication
I’m absolutely thrilled with my recent orders! For my birthday last month, my husband got me the stunning Phoenix 24, and a few weeks later, I treated myself to the elegant Helen 17 for a special event. The quality of both dresses is genuinely impressive and considering the generous amount of fabric used, the pricing feels very fair.
The Phoenix arrived in under 10 days, which was a lovely surprise! As for the Helen, I reached out to customer service to ask about delivery timing, since I needed it for an event. Tracy was incredibly kind and helpful, clearly explaining the expected delays for France. Although the dress didn’t arrive in time (it came about 2.5 weeks after I placed the order) I was aware of the risk when ordering and appreciated the transparency.
I’ve decided to keep the Helen anyway because it’s absolutely beautiful and fits nicely. I usually wear XS, and while the Helen is slightly roomier, it should be perfect for layering with long sleeves during autumn and winter. The Phoenix fitted like a glove, specially because you can adjust it to your body!
Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of these lovely dresses and would definitely recommend them. I can't wait to buy another dress! Just a small note to future shoppers: be sure to plan ahead, as shipping may take a little time.

They had me “return” a dress to another customer and never refunded my money. I disputed through my CC and was happy to get my money back and just be done with them.

After reading all the reviews only AFTER I placed an order I was really concerned. But HEAR ME OUT! Yes, dresses are made and shipped from China. Yes, everything is made to order which means your dress will arrive with significant delay - I waited for mine almost 6 weeks. However, when it finally arrived it turned out to be the most beautiful dress I own and I have dozens of dresses ordered from London (Pretty Dress Company, House Of CB) from Ukraine (Mila Dresses), from France etc. Dress looks just like on the photos with superb craftsmanship. The only downside - if you can call it that - is the packaging. All other dresses in the similar price range put decent effort into wrapping the dress in nice tissue paper and put it in a beautiful box so that the whole experience has a luxurious feel to it. Linen Naive dresses are simply put into plastic bag which is then put inside another gray plastic bag and it looks like Temu order. But since it's the content of the bag that counts, you will easily ignore this part. Trust me, dresses are well worth the wait and the money. This was my first dress ordered from Linennaive but it certainly won't be the last.

I have been buying from Linennaive for years. Everything I have received has been beautifully constructed. The fabrics are the best to be had and the designs are gorgeous!! The sizing is spot on! Every year I can't wait to see what they have next. Oh and the cost is amazing. I have been thrilled time after time and have NEVER been disappointed. Broken zipper, would not replace
I purchased a helen 17 wool dress. Its absolutely gorgeous and I have long admired all the dresses from Linen Naive. However, the dress didn't arrive for over a 1.5 month despite the 1-12 day delivery the website claims. By then I was out of the country and wasnt able to try on the dress until I returned. I tried it on and the zipper was giving me all kinds of trouble. Being small wasnt an issue because the dress was the biggest medium ever. More of a large. After fiddling with the zipper, I finally took it off and examined and the zipper was faulty. It was split apart at the bottom so it wouldn't be able to zip properly. I reached out the the company and explained that the zipper was faulty, it was delivered over a month late, I was out of country, and tags were still attached. They offered me $10 towards a future purchase. This is not a forever 21 dress. Its a dress that cost close to $200 so I would expect better service than that.

Poor quality and customer service
The dress itself was pretty and fit, however the quality of the product was lacking e.g. lots of lose threads on the embroidery. I needed the dress for an event, so I paid extra for delivery but it didn't come in time as they are made to order (which isn't stated anywhere on their website). So I ended up using it a month later for a separate event. After wearing I carefully washed the garment as instructed, and noticed the one of the linen wrapped buttons was fraying and the linen coming away. I contracted with pictures and asked if I could have spare buttons, as they buttons are fabric wrapped to match the garment. However, they informed me they no longer had any of them left. I asked for a partial refund, to cover replacing all the buttons and for the quality issue, and they informed me I could have a 15$ off my next order voucher. I informed them I didn't want this as I wasn't going to be purchasing with them again, and they offered me 20$ voucher on my next purchase and stated, as I had had the garment more than 15 DAYS their system wouldn't allow process of a refund (seemingly even for faulty products). Absolute awful company - AVOID.

I ordered a dress for Chritmas but I received it too late (three months after), I asked for a refund because the measurments were way off (I typically wear an 2XL, I took an 4XL and I literaly couldn't even put on the dress past my waist!! They refused and only offered me a 10% discount for another time. They are loying about the sizing and they have the worst customer service ever. I talked to one of their models, the one modelling the dress I ordred actually, and she confirmed that her size is not what they put on their website. Interestingly enough, I commented on their intagram page but weridly my comment disaepeared....

Poor Quality, Rude Service
The quality of the clothing is poor. The seams are clearly not well done. When my dress came apart in the skirt after a few hours of wear, I asked them to return it and for a refund as per their quality guarantee. To this, they asked me to send them my MEASUREMENTS to make sure it wasn’t just my body that was too big. Not only is this so insulting, it’s also just contrary to any good business practice. Now I can’t even return these poor quality items to China because it will cost me so much

I was unsure of what size to buy for my granddaughter so in an email I sent her measurements and customer service answered me quickly with a size recommendation. When the dress was received it fit perfectly and my granddaughter loved it! The dress was outstanding as well as the customer service.

Bought wedding outfit
I have ordered a linen white skirt for my wedding outfit 2022. It was a bit of a wait, maybe a month. But I was expecting that. Linen was of a very high quality. Skirt was made very well, very heavy and large drapes. And the best part is that it was perfect length. I did expect that this could be a trouble. But no, I had nothing to adjust. Just perfect fit. I do not know what would be the returning situation as many girls are in trouble with that. Because the product itself was 10 out of 10.

I ordered from them over 2 months ago and I was so excited. They had a discount on so I took advantage. I paid shipping insurance as well just incase. A few weeks later I received a notification that it was delivered. Both me and my husband were in the house and nothing was delivered. I checked with the neighbours and they hadn't received anything. So I messaged. They told me to check with the neighbours, I informed them I already had. They told me they contacted the shipping company but they insisted they delivered it so there was nothing they could do but send me the order again. I asked for refund as I ordered the clothes for a holiday and didn't couldn't wait that long for another delivery. They offered me a 50% refund as they sold the clothes in a very low price. I said no, not my fault their choice. They upped to 75% I was tired of fighting so I agreed but brought up the shipping insurance. They avoided the question and told me refund takes up to 25 days. I brought up the insurance again same thing. I left for a while as again tired of fighting. 26 days past no refund so I email them asking where it is and I bring the insurance up again and how unhappy I am with the service. They tell me they have adjusted me to a full refund as per my request (should have been done the first time but whatever) and they will make sure I get the refund asap. It has now been over a month since my initial refund request and I have received nothing. No clothes and no refund. It's a shame as I was very excited to order from them. Learned my lesson not ordering from them again.
Simply amazing
I just got my dress, its my second buy and im in love. Perfect quality, great thick wool and even has a silk lining, almost like a winter coat. Beautiful piece for autumn-winter. Lots of combination possibilities, simply great. And the price is really nothing..
Dresses terrible quality
Dresses terrible quality, and the company doesn't allow returns -- despite what it says on the website. I had to ask several times for reimbursement, and they kept telling me that it was costly to send to China, even though I offered to cover the postage. In the end and after many emails, they agreed to reimburse a small fraction of what I paid.
